Day 1 

My plan for today is to have a coffee for breakfast then an apple for lunch and a small portion of what mum cooks for dinner and no ice cream, maybe one of the homemade icypoles I made the other day. I'm trying to every month have a food that I don't eat at all to help me control myself, so far I only have chocolate on the list.

My goal for today is to follow my plan and not binge, like I do most days, and drink lots of water. Also to do ALL my homework, I have to get my grades up but it's so hard.

I'm going to do a thing where I have to take a photo of my food, except dinner because my mum will get suspicious, before I eat it so if I can't take a photo I can't eat it.

To eat this morning I had a coffee, 76 cal, and a bottle of water, 0 cal.

Workout #1: 30 day challenges

Not in order of how I did them and the total number of the excersizes but I do about 10 different 30 day challenges

145 squats  100 bicycle crunches  60 jumping jacks  30 lunges (15 each leg)

25 sit-ups

25 crunches

20 push ups 

10 burpees 

10 high knees

10 standing toe touches

8 mountain climbers

8 leg raises

6 tricep-dips

5 bridges

11 minutes of stretching my legs (lunges, splits etc.)

50 seconds of a sitting toe touch

42 seconds of plank


Afternoon

For lunch I had an apple, 68 calories making today so far 144 calories.


Night

Omg I have just been binging, milkshakes, jelly beans, ice cream. I'm so fat and I don't know how many calories I ate and I feel so fat.
