From 9.11 "First Born", in Cain's farmhouse, Cain the Knight of Hell took Ness' right hand with his. A red vein spread from Cain's Mark to burn an identical Mark on Ness' forearm, making her gasp in pain.
Crowley: (voice over from 9.11 First Born) "It's the bloody Mark of Cain."
From 10.14 "The Executioner's Song", in the Bunker's library, Sabrina Winchester put a hand on Ness' stomach lightly, not doing anything that would hurt her, closing her eyes, both of them gasping softly.
In the vision, it was like an ultrasound picture. There were two figures in the womb.
Sabrina could barely speak above a whisper. "Two of them. A boy. And a girl."
Ness was in shock.
From 10.15 "The Things They Carried", in the Bunker's library, Dean was in shock. "Oh, my God. Ness..."
"I can't believe it, either," Ness told him.
Dean took Ness in his arms, lifting Ness slightly off the floor, spinning her around, making her laugh.

Dean looked at them seriously. "So, we save Ness and the twins."

From 10.10 "The Hunter Games", in Hell's corridor, Demons surrounded Crowley the King of Hell on the floor, stabbing him with Angel Blades repeatedly, making him flash with bright light.
From 10.07 "Girls, Girls, Girls", in Hell's cell, Crowley looked Rowena the Witch in shock. "Mother?"
From 10.19 "The Werther Project", in the restaurant, Dean and Rowena were sitting at a table.
"Will you help me?" Dean asked.
"Kill my son," Rowena told him.
From 10.22 "The Prisoner", in the warehouse, Crowley was on the floor. His eyes had turned a dark red. Red smoke seemed to be emanating from them. He used magic to push Catty back against the wall several feet behind her, so hard it caused the wall to break at the point of impact, making her fall to the floor and groan in pain. Castiel walked in to see this, holding his hand toward Crowley, using magic to throw him across the room away from Catty, making Crowley shatter through the glass windows into the next room and fall to the floor.
From 10.22 "The Prisoner", in the Bunker's library, Ness was at her computer. The laptop beeped. The code decoded. Ness opened her mouth in shock. Castiel, Octavia and Sabrina were in shock. Sam, Dean and Catty chuckled in surprise.
"You cracked the code," Dean told her.
From 10.21 "Dark Dynasty", in the motel room's bathroom, Charlie Bradbury merely looked at Eldon Stein, taking her blade out from behind her back, looking at him fiercely. She didn't seem scared. She didn't seem afraid. She seemed to be ready for what was to com.
