DESTINED FOREVER

CHAPTER 4

It was now a month that the relation of Randhir n Sanyukta got fixed. Though, the official engagement was yet to be done, but people around them had idea about the new budding relation.

Slowly n steadily The two soul were now becoming one, n the distance or ackwardeness between the two was decreasing. It was a daily routine of Randhir to pick Sanyukta from her office n then spend some time together. Sanyukta was also now in-charge of his routine. She took great care to see he does not skip his meals n take proper nap, she knew what a workholic man she has.

Generally, it was always Sanyukta n Randhir together, after her office; but sometimes Randhir used to drop her at her house n return back to his office in the pretext of important work. She often tried to reach him after that but his cell used to be either switched off or not reachable. This irked her a little n she tried to confront him many a times but Randhir would always avoid it saying he was busy or was in a meeting, hence he switched off his cell.

It was one such day, Sunday. They had come out for an outing in Victoria. It was whole family trip. They were enjoying themselves, while the love birds were busy stealing glances. Sanyukta had bkw easily mixed up with Vardhan,Maya n other members if the family. They used share a great equation.

Bith Randhir n Sanyukta were sitting together with the family. Being a chirppy bird, which Sanyukta was, she was blabbering about her office n life; our hero was busy admiring his love.

Vardhan n Maya noticed how slowly Randhir had started spebnding some family time with them n how he was falling in love with Sanyukta. Though he never confessed but his love was visible in his eyes, same was the case with Sanyukta.

Maya-"I am so happy Vardhan. Finally Randhir is learning to lead a normal life like others. Just hope he also gets well settled like Sahil n Parth."

Vardhan-"yes I agree"

Suddenly Vidushi spoke in between, "Maa Papa I was thinking what if mine n Parth's n Rd n Sanyu's marriage take place on same date."

Sristi-"u mean like double-date type"

Sahil-"means double marriage !'

Parth-"that will be so awesome yaar. I agree"

Sanyukta was blushing on thinking about her marriage, n started stealing glances at Randhir. While suddenly Randhur's cell rang n he went to a corner to talk. He came after good 15-minutes, carrying a serious look.

Sahil-"Rd what do u say dude..."

Rd-"ha? What?" It was evident that he had his minf somewhere else.

Vidushi-"arre we are talking about ur n.." she was cut in middle by Randhir.

Rd-"whatever Vidushi. I am sorry guys I have to go something important came up."

Maya-"arre Randhir what important now?"

Rd-"maa its really important. I have to go. Sorry Sanyu"

Sanyukta, smiling sadly, "its ohk Randhir u go. Work is important."

Sristi-"its not fair Sanyu. If u keep on forgiving him like this, u will never be able to hold the firat position in his priority list."

S-"its ohk bhabhi." She smiled forcefully.

Rd-"u need not to teach her anything foul bhabhi. She knows what place she holds in my life.' He smiled genuinly with love for Sanyukta n went away.

Vardhan-"Sanyukta beta I am sorry on his behalf"

S-"papa u don't need to be sorry. I am also a working lady, I know there are lots of pressure of work which may need our attention any time of the day. N for Randhir works comes first."

Maya-"I am truely blessed to have u as my daughter Sanyu. N about Randhir's workholic nature, don't worry once u both get married he will be fine. Afterall, wife is the boss" she winked at him n everyone shated a hearty laugh.

Vardhan(in mind)-"I just hope so Maya. I just hope so. Hopefully Randhir has left that work, which I am quite very doubtful of.... just hope my doubts prove to be wrong."

Later that night Sanyukta tried calling Randhir many times but his cell was switched off. She called Maya but got to know that Randhir has not come home after he left from Victoria.

It was already thirty minutes past one at night, n there was no sign of Randhir. Maya asked her to stop taking tension n sleep as Randhir often works late night.

After keeping the call Maya could clearly look at the grave face of Vardhan.

Maya-"Vardhan there is nothing which I need to know, right?"

Vardhan-"not at all Maya" saying so Vardhan went out of the room, in his study.

SOMEWHERE ELSE

"Whats the update?"

"Nothing new sir. But the plan is big.... very big this time."

"Nothing is bigger than what I have got" came a voice from back.

"Ahh my boy, u are here. So what have u got?"

"What u wanted sir" n the man handed the other man a packet.

"I'm impressed. U are the best my boy. So hereby you deserve a reward. Don't u?" N the man gives a briefcase to the other

"Thanks sir"

N then the man moves out. No sooner the man moves out a sound *B*O*O*M*

"I never leave any treacher to live his life. Get me all the info about whom he was working for.
