Sweat runs down my face as I say the words 'I won't disobey you' over and over again. The smile plastered on his face made me feel defeated, but I'm emotionless. How could I be anything less. It's so I can make it through this nightmare. "You will never run away again, right darling?" I felt only one last sharp pain then, I blacked out.
Pictures of my hell are on replay, the once white room stained with red, the sadistic smile, and my screams echoing throughout the room. At first I though he was joking, bluffing maybe. I was so stupid. Then I thought someone would save me, once again stupid. "Wake up." What? "Miss, wake up" I open my eyes wide thinking maybe it was just a dream. "Ah" pain sores through me when I try to move. I look down to see a bandage wrapped around my stomach and back. Real very real! Man this sucks. "I brought you dinner" she says quietly with her head down. "Dinner? How long have I been out?" "Two maybe three days" "what?!?" Wow I've been out forever! "Yes miss, I know I shouldn't say this but Mr. Vansteign is worried. He knows he took his actions too far." That comment brings me back to what happened. I'm wide eyed and I don't really want to answer her so, I remain quiet. She looks at me sadly "please eat soon, miss." She looks back one last time before she quietly closes the door and leaves the room.
I never did eat my food. For once in my life I had no craving for food. It's around 6pm so I decide that I'll go wander around, I'm not tired anyways. I'm wearing normal people pajamas, baggy flannel pants and a t-shirt. There's a wheel chair beside my bed and I'm guessing it's for me so I hoist myself into it after much struggle. "Ow." I say sick and tired of hurting already. I wheel myself to the door and exit the room. I start by going to the hall where the pool is, it's the only place I remember the exact location of. I will look around more but I really want to see the pool even if I can't swim. I go down a few hallways and at the end of the hallway with the pool I see Asher. I'm frantic and anger sweeps over me at the same time. I try to get to the door as fast as I can without him noticing but my efforts are in vain. He turns around and sprints to come talk to me. "H-hey" he pants and I remain silent. "So, are you feeling any better? I haven't seen you for a few days." I look at him dead in the eye "No, I'm actually feeling pretty fücking terrible! You haven't seen me for a few days because I was unconscious!" I scream at him. "Oh um" he starts "you didn't help me! You left me to die, to be tortured! Why?" I start sobbing. "I wanted to, I really did but-" "I don't care! I don't care anymore!" I yell with tears streaming down my face. I turn my wheelchair around and leave the guilty feeling Asher behind.
After a moment to breath, I decide I will continue my adventure. My emotions may have been a little over the top but it's to late now. So I took a random path and followed it. I ended up very excited to open my first door. Slowly I open the average seeming door. "Ooh!" I say out loud by accident. It's a game room. It has things like a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, etc. I'll try to remember this for later! Now my adventure continues.
By this point I've seen many, many rooms. Most are normal but some are ones I want to go back to, like the spa. I decide I'll only look at 2 more rooms since it's already 2 ish in the morning. I see a little back room hidden away from the rest and decide it would be interesting. I open the door only to find socks. That's right this is where the crazy guy keeps my socks. I want to laugh and scream in horror at the same time but I do neither since I don't want to wake the staff. Honestly though, there must be a million different pairs of knee high socks in here. Creepy. I slowly roll away still shocked at what I had just witnessed. Alrighty then, to the last room! Hmm this one seems interesting. The hallway seems oddly familiar but I shrug it off. I open this door to the holy grail. I room completely devoted to video games! Oh wow it's just so beautiful. All the game consoles you could imagine along with every game, a surround sound system, a massaging couch that reclines, and much more. I roll in and decide to stay a while.
I got pretty wrapped up in this magnificent room but I stop myself when it gets to 5:30am. I sadly leave and go back to my own room. I'm surprised I knew where it was... I make a quick note for Mary just in case I fall asleep before she comes to give me my breakfast. It just says that I went to bed very late and if I'm sleeping that she should just come back at noon. Then I fall asleep.
I wake up completely out of it. I look to see what time it is, 3:00pm was plastered on my clock. At least Mary didn't wake me up. I sit in bed for a while longer then decide to get up. I sit back into my wheelchair and roll up to the door. I go into the hallway and farther down I see Mary. "Mary!" I scream. She rushed toward me "I was just coming to check on you, miss. I'll get you some a food then we have to change your bandages." I nod then roll back into my room. Mary shows up about 5 minutes later. "Here is some sandwiches and a glass of iced tea." She sets the cart with my food closer to me so I can reach "thank you." "Now then, I must change your bandages. It may hurt slightly but you'll be fine" she undoes the bandage around my stomach slowly and it was painful. The cloth was sticking to my wound and I did scream a little. Putting the new one on was much more pleasant to say the least.
Hours have passed since then. I've been reading a book Mary had given me to pass the time. It's was really quite interesting, in other words there were many attractive men. It's almost 7 and since it's a Sunday people are starting to go to bed. I know it may be early but it's a early morning for many people tomorrow. I decide I want to go back to the video game room. The magical place where I can have lots of fun and can forget about my life for at least a moment. I roll to the room and start playing COD. My mouth starts to get dry from the excitement of the different games I've played so far. So I decide to get a glass of water. I open the door and to my shock there stood Daniel.  I know why this hallways seemed familiar. It's where his office is. "Cassy, we need to talk."

Okay so this is probably my worst chapter yet but it'll get better soon. I had to put more of a filler chapter here and the next one will be more exciting for all of you. Thanks for your support and for reading! Hope to see you next time.
