Saturday Vibes: Part One

I wake up the next morning in a great mood. I turn around and look at my alarm clock. Woah Woah Woah it's 12:00pm. I hop out of bed and into the shower. After I'm done I comb my hair and let my kinky hazelnut curls fall down my back. I then get dressed putting on shorts and a shirt and apply lipgloss. I then hear my phone go off.

From Kyle Baby: Hey babe I miss you and I was wondering if you've forgiven me yet . But honestly you haven't heard the full story ....so hear me out? Starbucks in an hour?

To Kyle Baby: Oh this should be interesting. Okay you will have 20 minutes to explain your side plus your paying for my drink

From Kyle Baby: Dont I always babe

To Kyle Baby: Dont call me that I'll 'be ready in an hour

From Kyle Baby: Okay I'll be there

I shut my phone and shake my head . I'm not sure why I agreed to this but I'm pretty sure I don't feel the same way about Kyle as I used to. I decided to change into my adidas sweats since I don't think he deserves to see me in shorts. I hear my phone ping again and I wonder what Kyle wants this time. Speaking of that I really have to change his name in my phone

From Darren: Goodmorning Honey Bun

To Darren: Honey Bun seriously ;)

From Darren: Yes a new nickname for my new favorite girl in the world

To Darren: 'Oh I feel soooo special'

From Darren: You should

"Chasity, Kyle's here," I hear my Mom yell from downstairs .

"Coming!" I yell back

I send one more text before I left my room

To Darren: Yeah. What makes me so special.?

I check myself in the mirror and run downstairs.I see Kyle at the door and all I feel is nothing. It's like he's just Kyle. Not the boy I thought I was so in love with.

"Hey Chasity," he says

"Hi Kyle. Let's get this over with. Bye mom I'll be back in an hour!!" I say shutting the door . He leads me to his car.He opens the passenger door for me.

"I could've done it myself," I said rolling my eyes.

"What kind of boyfriend would I be if I didn't", he said smiling.

"Let me set one thing straight we are not dating",I said as stared at his hand holding the car handle.

"Chasity, baby you can't be like that," he said while trying to usher me into the car.

"What makes you think we're just going to pick up where we left off," I said taking a step back.

"You love me and I love you remember, "he said stepping towards me.

"I'm not so sure I feel that way now,"I said taking a step back once again.

"Look Chasity what I did was stupid I get that. It was a mistake and in my defense she came onto me"

"That gives you no right to cheat!" I tell

"Its not like you where willing to give me any action. A guy has needs Chasity,"he says.

"You pig. I told you I wasn't ready so you pick up a booty call? Really Kyle?," I said my voice hardening, tears threatening to spill.

"It wasnt like I loved her like I love you. She just provided me with something I needed that you weren't ready to give," he said nonchalantly.

"You know what Kyle. I don't want nothing to do with you. Your a real sick piece a shit.,"I said narrowing my eyes at him.

"Dont do this Chasity,"he pleaded

"Just Ieave me alone Kyle where better off that way ," I say tears spilling down my cheeks.

I ran back inside my house and all the way up the stairs to my bed. I may not feel the same way about Kyle but he was still my very first love so it hurt a lot. I cried for 2 hours and then took a nap. The ping on my phone woke me up.

From Darren: Lol I can't answer your first question because I'd rather tell you in person. But Wyd .? Feeling your Saturday Vibes.?

I looked at my phone and smiled.

To Darren: I'm laying down.Lol. I doubt I'm feeling any Saturday Vibes after this morning.

From Darren: Well what if I told you I was coming to LA today.? I need new shoes if I'm going to win so we can play you guys again.And I'm going to the mall so I was wondering if you wanted to meet up.?

My face lit up automatically. I sat up in my bed.

To Darren: Sure what time.?

From Darren:Uhh 4:30

To Darren: Good I'll see you then :)

From Darren: Ditto Honey Bun

I layed there smiling just staring at the ceiling.And then I turned on my side and realized it was 2:45. I rolled out of my bed and onto the floor(which is something I do when I'm tired and don't feel like getting up when I have to). I took a good shower then got out and dressed in my favorite rumper. Afterwards I combed my hair which was napped from me laying on it. Then I plugged in my straightner and got to work. I knew this wasn't a real date but I still wanted to look cute. After I was done I applied some mascara and a bit of lipstick(I don't wear much make-up). I was done by 4:00 which gave me enough time to get there. I took a look in my mirror and smiled. I was proud of how I looked. When I was done I went downstairs I saw that my mom had left so I wrote a note saying I was leaving and id be back before curfew. I grabbed my purse from the table and the car keys off the hook thinking of how the rest of this day was going to go..........

 

AUTHORS NOTE: IM SORRY I HAVENT BEEN UPDATING IVE BEEN REAL BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND SPORTS BUT I PROMISE TO UPDATE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. BUT THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS READ IT.
