I was walking to the library to check out a book an- "Oh my- are you ok?!"

"Uhh, I'm fine. Just surprised."
"I-I'm soooo sorry. I-It's my fault, I didn't look where I was going and then I bumped into you, and I probably hurt you and you're saying that you're surprised so my feelings won't get hurt. Oh you probably think I'm a jerk instead."

In truth, it didn't hurt, it was more like being hit with a marshmallow.

"It's okay. I'm fine."

"Okay. Where were you going?"

"Library to meet with my partner and check out a book. You?"

"Oh, going to check out a book on mythology and mythological creatures. Looking for inspiration for my paintings."

"Ok. Wanna walk there together?"

"Sure."

"Ok here we are. I'm gonna go to meet my partner. Ok?"

"Ok,see you then."

Neko pov

I waited my turn to get a book Luna and Astrella were out hunting back home.

"How may I help you miss"

Use your imagination to think of what happened next. In the end she got the books she needed.

"Thank you good sir. Have a nice day."

"Good bye miss."

After that I went to search for Maka. I already know who her partner is but they don't need to know that.

Anyway I find Maka and Soul with little difficulty. When I found them I snuck up on Maka and tapped her shoulder. As expected she jumped out of her seat. I snickered in response to her reaction.

"Neko, you startled me. Did you get what you needed?" She said still panting slightly, trying to get her heart under control.

"Sorry, but it in the long run now you know to keep your guard up. If you do, you might end up dead."

"Um, ookay. Good advice. This Soul 'Eater' Evans. My partner and weapon a scythe."

"Nice to meet you Soul. I'm Neko."

"Hi..." He doesn't seem to say much

"Did you get the book you needed?"

"Yep.... It's getting late, I'd better get home." It really was late, it's almost 4:58 pm.

'And start having fun. ........'

"Okay see you."
"Bye"

"Good bye. Nice to meet you guys"

When I got out of the school, I walked into a dark alley, luckily there was a reflective surface. I traced my symbol on it and jumped through to my house.

The symbol is the third one on the top row of runes.
