She removed the cover and was about to climb out when big strong arms roughly grabbed her and hauled her back down. She gasped in surprise and weakly struggled to get out of their grasp which only made them tighten their grip.

"Calm down!" a Brooklyn accented voice ordered.

"Let me go!" she growled through clenched teeth, knowing who it was.

Raph ignored her and asked harshly, "Wha' are ya doin?"

Roxan stayed silent for a few moments. When he tightened his grip again she answered with a sarcastic air, "I needed fresh air!"

"I don' believe ya!" he hissed in her ear, making her shiver.

"Fine! I am going to send a message to two old comrades, who have been searching for Lady Himiko!" she told him with an irritated tone.

"How do I kno' you'e not sendin a message ta Shredde'?!" he retorted.

Roxan chuckled. "Let me go and I will show you..." she slowly trailed off.

He held her for a few more moments and then sighed, "Fine! But this bette' not be a trick!"

She began to climb again but was picked up bridal style and carried to the surface. She had a huge blush on her Sun kissed cheeks. "I must go to a roof where there are hardly any shadows," she told him as she kept looking away.

He didn't utter a word but had a smirk on his face. He jumped up on the nearest roof and set her on her feet. "The'e," he said.

She took a few steps away from him and closed her eyes, chanting a spell in her head. A few minutes later two shadow wolves emerged from her shadow. They yawned and looked at her expectantly. She crouched down in front of them and began to instruct them in Japanese. "Iku mitsukeru Kisumi-san ya Kitsuda-san. Shidoo karerano kage watashi ni. Sore chomei na." Roxan stood as the shadow wolves melted into the shadows. "There," she announced as she dusted her hands off on her trench coat.

"What was that?" Raph asked as he stared at the spot the wolves disappeared from.

"That was a message that no mere mortal can catch," she smirked. "Now that that is done shall we return?" she asked as she walked to the edge of the building. As she prepared to jump down Raph came up behind her and picked her up bridal style again.

She went stiff in his arms and he noticed. The smirk reappeared and he asked, "What's wrong? Neve' been held by a stud befo'e?"

She was blushing and avoiding looking at him as she said, "As if!"

He just smirked and began the journey home. They made it back to the lair just as everyone was getting up to begin their day. Splinter was the first to notice as they entered. "Why are you up so early, my son?" he asked as he looked towards Raph. He saw Raph holding Roxan bridal style. Roxan's long black, wavy hair was a mess from the breeze outside. Her jeans were ripped all over from her escape from Shredder. Her black tank top was nothing more than a shredded rag that barely covered her breasts. It looked like the only thing covering her body was her trench coat. A blush was barely visible on her cheeks. "May I ask what you two were doing at such an early hour?" Splinter asked a little shocked/irritated at how Roxan appeared in Raph's arms.

Raph set her on her feet. "Well Maste' Splinte', she..." he was cut off by her.

She bowed respectfully as she replied, "I needed to send a message to some dear friends of mine and give them an update on the situation." She straightened to see his reaction.

"Very well," he said as he went back to meditating. Roxan smirked at Raph and began walking to the room she woke up in. She made it halfway when a wave of dizziness hit her. She stood still for a moment and let it pass. "Are you alright child?" Splinter asked with worry in his voice.

"Yes. Just worried about Lady Himiko," she answered as she began to walk again. When she reached the spare room she closed the door behind her. She leaned against the door as another wave of dizziness hit her. She never heard footsteps approach the door. The door opened and she fell back with a gasp. She closed her eyes for impact, but it never came. She slowly opened her eyes and looked up to see that Raph had caught her.

Roxan: Go find Kisumi-san and Kitsuda-san. Lead their shadows to me. It's important.
