Addison only had two subjects the next day. She was pleased to know that until she realised that they were both double lessons. Then her enthusiasm to learn quickly faded. Her lack of motivation to go to lessons didn't help the fact that she was extremely nervous to socialise with the students. Today would make or break her. Today she would feed the students of Eaton Academy lies about a fake life that was supposedly hers in hope that they would believe her.

She wished herself good luck before leaving her dorm.

First up she had English Literature. She searched for the room for ten minutes before walking into a large auditorium filled with over two hundred seats. It wasn't anything too extravagant, but it was definitely too big for the twenty students that occupied it. After taking a quick glance of the many seats that were available, she opted for the back row. However, her plan to stay in the background did not succeed as most eyes were on her from the moment she walked in. Even the teacher stared at Addison for a few seconds before beginning the lesson.

Five minutes into the teacher's speech on the use of pathetic fallacy in 'How To Kill A Mockingbird',  two boys leisurely strolled into the room. Everyone turned around to see who the new arrivals were. It was him. The crossbow and arrow guy accompanied by a friend that looked extremely annoyed with the world. Addison looked at them just as they set their eyes on her. The crossbow and arrow guy gave her a warm smile, however, his friend looked at Addison with wide eyes that quickly turned into a poisonous glare.

What had she done? Why was he looking at her like she had murdered his whole family? Addison also noticed that all the other students had turned their attention back to the lesson, like it was usual for the two boys to be late.

The three of them maintained eye contact for a few seconds. Then Addison realised that although there were a sea of seats available in front of her, the two boys were headed in her direction. In a silent panic, Addison turned away and felt heat seeping into her hands. She could feel the daggers the boy was throwing with his glares even though she wasn't looking at him anymore. The crossbow and arrow guy sat next to her while his friend sat in front of them.

"Hi," whispered the crossbow and arrow guy in his thick London accent. "I want to apologise for yesterday, I didn't expect you to be there."

Addison twiddled her thumbs as she looked at him. "It's alright, I shouldn't have snooped around but I have to ask, what the hell were you all doing?"

The boy paused before sighing. "I guess you could say that we were killing time." He gave an exhaled laugh.

Yet Addison didn't find his attempt to be funny at all amusing. "Is that what people do here in their free time?" She noticed that her voice had gone a tone higher and coughed to correct it.

He shook his head. "No, of course not. It's complicated." There was then an awkward pause were the two of them just stared at each other, both of them unconvinced by the last statement. "I'm Daniel by the way, Daniel Eaton."

Addison examined his face trying to make the connection. Her eyes widened when she saw it. "Are you related to Dean Eaton?"

Daniel nodded. "He's my father."

By this point Addison had lost track of what the teacher was saying, it didn't really bother her considering she had no idea what was going on anyway. "That must be fun." Addison also noticed that Daniel's friend was tapping his pen against his leg whilst listening closely to the conversation they were having. "Getting to do what you want and getting away with stuff."

Daniel shrugged. "Can't say that the rules haven't been bent for me, but then again, I haven't tried to do anything too drastic." Addison smiled causing Daniel to do the same. "So new girl, what's your name?"
