Chapter 77

Mallory's POV

I send my dress with Vanessa when we leave so I won't have to worry about Grant tearing the house apart while he's trying to find it when I get to Nick's house I take sigh as I get out of the car and walk up to his door I knock and wait on him to open it. Maybe I will be lucky and he got tired of waiting and isn't home a few minutes later he opens up the door "You're here I didn't think you would show up?" I shrug my shoulders "I told you I was shopping with Vanessa we are girls it takes a long time." He takes my hand and looks at me "Do you want to come in or stay outside?" I smile then walk in the house and he shuts the door then I turn around and look at him. He walks over and wraps his arms around my waist "I missed you I'm glad you're here now." I lay my head against his chest "I'm happy I'm here too." I look up at him then he slowly kisses me I kiss back and wrap my arms around his neck. We go up to his bedroom and I pull off the shirt he's wearing and toss it in the floor; I gasp when he picks me up and lays me on the bed. He pulls off my shirt then starts kissing down my neck and I run my hands through his hair. He pulls off his black jeans and then pulls off my shorts.

Nick's POV

I look over at her while she's sleeping and I decide not to wake her up I get out of bed and put on some boxers then walk in the kitchen and start cooking something for both of us. I wanted this every day I wanted her sleeping in my bed and I wouldn't mind cooking for her either, I know her kids are a package deal too I could get to know them and maybe they would eventually like me it would be hard on her son because I wouldn't be his dad. I sigh I didn't know what I was going to do or how this was going to work out between the two of us. A little while later I look up when she walks in the room and sit down then she yawns "What's the food for?" I look at the plates "It's for us I thought you might be hungry." We sit down and start eating and she looks at me "This is amazing I didn't know you could cook." I was curious and I would probably regret asking her this "Does he ever cook for you?" She shrugs her shoulders "He hasn't in a long time but he did when we were dating." We sit and eat and then a little later she gets out of her chair "I better go home thank you for this though." I nod my head then walk her over to the door "I'll see you soon?" She nods "Maybe." I kiss her and she kisses back and I look at her before she walks out of my house "I love you Mal." "I love you too Nick." She gets in her car then drives off I walk in the house and shut the door and I try to ignore the bad feeling that was forming in my stomach.

Grant's POV

I hear the door open and shut I get up and walk over to see Mallory I smile then walk over and wrap my arm around her waist "Where's the dress babe?" She kisses me and wraps her arms around my neck "It's at a place you won't be able to find it you can't see it." I let out a sigh "Can I have a hint?" "Sure it's a dress." I shake my head "Okay Ms. Sassy can I have a hint on what the dress looks like?" "It's not yellow or blue." I sigh because she wasn't going to tell me anything I look down at her "You're lucky I love you I don't know if I could handle you other wise." She starts running her fingers through my hair "You love my sarcasm and personality and we are getting married because you love me." I nod my head "I love you babe." She smiles at me "I love you too warbler now where are our children?" I laugh at how protective she is over them "Elektra is sleeping already and Chris is in his room along with Hades, Jett, and Nora everything is fine I promise." She lays her head against my chest "You're a great dad Grant." I pull her even closer "You're a great mom babe." In two more months I would get to marry her and that is what I wanted more than anything.
