P.O.V. Charlie
I woke up the following morning, and sat up. I looked to my left and saw that Myren was still sound asleep. SInce it would take me longer to get ready I got up and took a shower. Once I felt I was clean enough, I stepped out and wrapped a towel around my body. I entered my room and quietly shut the door. I went to my closet in search of my favorite bikini. Its a neon green bandeau top, with a neon rainbow cheetah print bottom. It fits perfectly. (A/N in the external link) I quckly stripped down and slipped on my bottoms. I was fixing my top to make it just right, when I felt a presence behind me.
I turned around and saw that Myren was standing infront of me, already dressed. I thought he was asleep? "How long have you been there?" I swear he was asleep. "Long enough to know you thought I was asleep." He smirked. Damn that man.
I slipped my cover up over my head it was a white almost see through flowy shirt/dress. It has a pocket in the front (like one on a hoodie) and a hood also. It is super comfortable. I put my hair in a high ponty tail, and got my black sunglasses, set them on the top of my head and I was set. Myren grabbed the beach bag and carried it downstairs. I called out a goodbye, and we left to the car.
"Do you want starbucks?" Myren glanced over to me, but still had his eye on the road. I decided I didn't want to drive today so he took over. "Yeah, there is one on the way to the beach. Take a right up ahead." We pulled up to starbucks and I hopped out quickly. I love starbucks, mostly coffee in general. We placed our order, and sat quietly to wait. There was almost and awkward tension in the air. We really haven't talked at all since this morning. "Charlie, Myren." I looked over to see our order waiting. I walked over picked it up and we walked out and back to the car. We pulled back on the road.
"There is a really great diner by the beach, it's small and quint but really good. I figured we could eat there for lunch since I didn't pack anything." He smiled. Finally I thought he was mad at me for something. "Yeah sounds good. Is it within walking distance?"
"umm yeah I think it is actually, right on the board walk." As I said that we pulled into the parking lot. In order to get to the beach you have to park here and walk the rest of the way on the board walk where little shops are placed. Mostly for tourist. "I will text Ryan and let him know where we are parked." Myren nodded a ok, and continued his observing. Maybe he was mad at me.
(conversation over text between Ryan and Charlie)
'Hey, we are parked by the entrance. By the signs telling where to go.'
' Okay I'm pulling into town, is there a spot by you?'
'Yeah there is like three cars down, hurry I see a old lady snooping for a spot.'
'Go stand there and refuse to move.'
'No! That would be so weird!'
'HAHA. But funny to see.'
'Just hurry up.'
'Yes mom.'
After that I put my phone away and pulled the bag out of the trunk. Myren was leaning against the side of the car. "He is pulling into town now." He nodded, but went back to his phone. What is his problem today? How do I get his attention? Maybe if....
