Star Wars Elseworlds: Evolved

Part Two

I was sitting in a chair in my master's office. He stared out the window, looking out over the never ending city that made up Coruscant, in the distance we could see the Jedi temple, smoke still coming out of it from the attack when the Jedi fell.

My master turned and looked at me and said "look at it, my young apprentice, soon the galaxy will be under our control, free from the grip of the Jedi" I stood up out of my chair and groaned "Yes, but they are still out there, with an army of their own, they managed to assemble such a large army so fast, how would they manage that?" I asked. Palpetine looked at me and said "we must focus on more important matters, my apprentice, the Jedi, kenobi, Skywalker, Yoda, they are still out there, they all need to be eliminated"

I stroked my chin and said "I will hunt the Jedi down, I just need to know where they are, I know for certain Master Yoda was on Kashyyk, but due to our massive blockade around the planet, he's stuck there, I will hunt him down first" Palpetine grinned and said "Yes, my apprentice, I will remain here, I'll order a lookout for the remaining Jedi. Best of luck to you, My young apprentice".

I walked out of the office and onto the docking bay outside one of Palpetine's windows, the glass slid in half as I passed through the sliding window. I jumped into the cockpit and punched in the coordinates to Kashyyk, The ship slowly ascended and took off to the sky.

I was awoken by the sound of beeping, I was nearing Kashyyk. As soon as I went out of lightspeed I detached from my lightspeed right and slowly made my way to the blockade that surrounded the planet. When I got close enough to the blockade, I got a transmission from one of the ships "you are in a restricted airspace, turn back or we will be force to shoot you down"
I replied with "this is Lord Natilus, shoot at me and I'll board that ship and end you myself"
The admiral on that ship stuttered "oh, my apologies my lord, you may proceed through".

I flew past the star destroyers and made my way to the planet's surface, I got in touch with Commander Gree, who was stationed on the planet alongside Master Yoda before the clones and I eradicated the jedi.
A blue hologram of Gree apeared on the console of the ship,
"Commander Gree" I said
"Yes my lord?" Gree asked
"Do you and your men have the whereabouts of Master Yoda?" I asked

Gree was talking with one of his men, probably discussing yoda's whereabouts.
"Yoda is being harbored by a small wookies village north of our base, they never had anything that could threaten our presence here, no weapons or even warriors, we just left the inhabitants be" Gree explained
"Well now you can't, I'll be at your base shortly, Commander, we'll discuss this in more detail later"
"Of course, my lord, Gree out" Gree replied

I got closer to Gree's base, I noticed his men lines up on the landing pad for my arrival.
I slowly landed on the landing pad, Gree waiting there for my arrival.
"Welcome Lord Natilus, right this way" Gree said as he began walking towards one of the large trees used as a base.
"What is the current status on master yoda?" I asked.
We walked onto a large wooden elevator then Gree replied "we've made sure Yoda remains in that villiage", we felt like it would be best if you lead the charge on the villiage, but, we've set up a perimeter around the villiage, no way in, no way out"
I grinned, "very good Commander, get your men ready, we will attack at nightfall" I order.

Gree saluted me and said "Yes my lord", before walking in a different direction that I was walking.
I walked to the command platform, then typed in the frequency of my master's hologram communicator at his office.

A large blue hologram appeared on the projector, he then said "lord Natilus, what is the status of Master Yoda?"
"The forces here on Kashyyk have trapped Master Yoda in a small villiage not too far from the base, I'm giving Commander Gree until Nightfall to get his men ready for the attack, it will most likely take place within the hour, Master" I explained
"Very well, My young apprentice, contact me once you've dealt with master yoda, may the force be with you" Palpetine said before the hologram closed.

I sat down on one of the chairs in the command platform and gazed out on the sunset, waiting for the sun to completely disappear over the treeline.
As it got closer and closer, I made my way to Gree and his forces.
As I walked down the multiple bridges towards the elevator I could see Gree and his forces getting ready, multiple AT-RT walkers sped past the trees, most likely to scout the area around the villiage.

I got down to the surface and saw Gree on top of a tank, he ordered the tank to stop then shouted "hop on, Lord Natilus, we're heading to the villiage".
I jumped up on the tank after which it had began to move.

I sat on top of the tank, mildly admiring the environment, I had to do something to pass the time on the way to the villiage.

As I stared at the lush plant life, the sound of a loud exploding and a yellow flash of light lit up the dark forest.

We all stood at the ready, I could feel the presence of yoda as well.
"Stay focused, men, it must've been a wookie boobytrap" Gree shouted.

I hopped off the tank and activated my lightsaber, I then shouted "show yourself cowards!!", after which, we were bombarded with blaster fire that came from the wookies in the trees and bush around us.
I deflected each bolt that came towards me then I shouted "Focus your fire on the bushes! The fire will draw them out"
Shortly afterword, a few clones with flame throwers rushed out of the tank I was in and began burning the bush around us.
The wookies began retreating, I then felt the presence of yoda, get closer and closer to me.
I looked at Gree and shouted "pull your men out, you've done what you needed to do, Yoda will be aproaching shortly!"
Gree nodded and signaled his men to fall back. As they cleared out, I could hear the sound of a lightsaber activating in the flames.

I pulled off my cloak, shortly after I was met with the short green creature, Yoda.
"Done this you shouldn't have, disturbed the land of the wookies you have" Yoda shouted
"You think I give a damn, Jedi!! It would've been smart for you to surrender yourself to the empire!! It would've prevented this from happening!!" I shouted
"Turn away from the dark side you still can, clouded your mind has become" Yoda shouted.
I used the force to throw two burning logs at yoda, knowing him it wasn't going to do anything.
He cut the logs in half and jumped at me to strike.
I quickly deflected the strike, sending him flying to the ground.
I went to finish him but he blasted me with the force sending my flying a few feet away from him.
As I gained my Barings Yoda went to strike but I blasted him with force lightning, but all of the bolts were hitting his lightsaber.
I took this opportunity to get closer to Yoda, using my lightning as a distraction.
I got close enough to blast yoda with the force into a tree, I held him there while using my other hand to throw a burning log at him, crushing him.
"There, dead" I mummbled.
I began walking back to Gree's base, but before I got too far, I could hear the log being moved
"Impossible" I exclaimed.
The log was shot in my direction but I swiftly avoided it by jumping over it.
Yoda jumped out from behind the log, but in one swift motion I sliced yoda in the chest with my lightsaber.
He collapsed in the dirt, but he wasn't dead.
I went to go finish him off, while doing that I picked up his lightsaber from the dirt, I lifted my lightsaber to strike, but he then said through his dying breath "find peace one day, you will"
I then shouted "peace! No! You and your jedi believed you were creating peace among the galaxy and your order! You were creating nothing but restrictions for your order! Not only will I find peace!!"- I lifted him up and began choking him with the force-"I will find freedom!!" Before breaking his neck.

I threw him to the ground and began walking to Gree's Base, once I get there I will let my master hear the good news, the Jedi are nearly extinct....
