The four teenagers walked in silence along the path through the forest. Each one hoping someone would break the silence. When it became clear everyone was waiting, Carac spoke. "My chest isn't healing." Bor turned to face him, walking backwards along the path. The two girls stayed silent and walked slightly ahead of Carac and Bor. "What happened to your chest?" He asked curiously. "A wolf clawed me when we were in the forest awhile ago. It's wierd cause I can heal myself almost instantly," he answered. "Im sure you'll be fine. Your still alive so thats a start," joked Bor. "Hah yeah," Laughed Carac. The two talked for a few more minutes before everyone was silent again. "So what are you going to say to Jarin when you see him?" Asked Carac. "I haven't thought about it. I don't think I'll tell him straight away. I mean I've never met the guy I want to know what he's like first." Carac smiled at Bor. "That sounds like a good plan." Bor returned the smile. "So what's the deal with your lady friends over there," he said while pointing a finger at the girls ahead of him. "Don't bother. It's an instant friendzone," joked Carac, recieving a burst of laughter from Bor.

The two continued the conversation untill Thea and Ryia stopped in front of a large oak tree and readied their weapons. "What's the matter?" Whispered Bor. "Just bandits. Nothing we can't handle," whispered Ryia. "There's a camp a few metres ahead. I'll go cause a distraction," she said as she turned to Thea and Carac. "Be careful. Im not carrying you the whole way back," laughed Carac. "Shut up or I won't help you the next time you get your ass kicked," she replied in a sarcastic whisper as she began to climb the tree. "If anything goes wrong, I'll call you," she quietly called back towards the three teenagers on the ground, receiving a nod from Thea and Carac.

The remaining three snuck around the side of the camp, remaining undetected. The laughter from the drunken bandits zoned out any noise they were making. They could see Ryia taking control of one of the guards, his eyes glowing the same shade of red as hers. She made the guard stab another bandit repeatedly, waiting for the bandits to gather their attention on the murder. As they began attacking the guard, the three teens revealed themselves. They made each swing of their weapons fatal. Within minutes all the bandits were dead. The group decided to stay in the camp for the night. They all gathered around a burning campfire, and fell asleep listening to the nocturnal wildlife.

"Get up."

A sharp object poked into the side of Thea's temple. "Scream or say anything and I'll put a dagger in your head," spoke her capture. "Now tell me politely where your friend is and we can all go and pretend this never happened," he whispered. Thea heard someone move in the next tent over. "Well come on we haven't got all night," he spoke, sticking the blade into her head, drawing blood. The sound from the next tent quietened. "Not going to talk then huh? Alright." The man left for a few moments before practically throwing a beaten up Bor into the tent. "Now talk or he dies," whispered the man. Silence. "Your not making this easy you know," he spoke louder, lifting his blade up to swing at Bor.

Thea slowed time down. Bor had his eyes closed, waiting for his death. The man couldn't be seen under a black mask he had on his face but his accent made it clear he wasn't from this land. A blond ponytail came out from his head.
Thea dragged Bor out of the tent and placed him outside behind the large oak tree. She checked on Carac and Ryia. They were both asleep in their tents. She went back into her tent and resumed the position she was in before time resumed.

The blade tore a part of the tent. While the man was distracted, Thea knocked him off his feet and gently choked him untill he passed out. Bor rushed into the tent panting. His battle axe ready to swing. He found the man lying passed out and Thea tying him up. "Get my bag for me will you?" She asked Bor. "Ah...yeah," he panted as he handed her her backpack. "What did he want?" He asked. "To know where someone was. Which is what I'm checking now," she replied. "What's the name of the place we are in now?" Bor though for a few moments. "I think we are in the forgotten valley. Why?" He asked with curiosity. Thea showed him the note. He scanned the page untill he read Jarin's current location. He dropped the note.

Current location: The Forgotten Valley.

"No way is that him," he said. "He's in Japan. I mean it takes months to get from here to there. How did he get here so fast?" Thea stared at the note. The current location was changing. In fact, the whole description was changing from Jarin's to Ayleth's.
Thea placed the note back in her bag, deciding to figure out why Jarin was her in the first place and who he was looking for.

Bor told Thea to wake up Carac and Ryia. Ryia tended to Thea and Bor's injuries while Carac guarded Jarin in case he woke up. After the two injured teenagers were treated, Ryia made them go to sleep so she could ask Jarin some wuestions when he woke. She let Carac stay awake, knowing that he was well enough to fight off a threat. She eventually fell asleep in a chair. Carac paced the room and waited for Jarin to wake up.

The first thing Jarin did was insult Carac in every possible way he could. Carac pressed a dagger against his chest. He went quiet.

The second thing he did was try to cut the rope that tied him up. Carac dazed him with a single punch and broke his nose.

The third thing he did was try to kick Carac. He simply kicked him back.

Eventually, Ryia awoke to find Carac standing over a bloodied Jarin. His face and chest begining to bruise. She made Carac sleep. Jarin smirked at her and began to try insult her as well. She punched him.

She woke up Thea to tell her he was awake. She wasn't to happy with the way he was beaten up as she told Ryia not to awaken Carac for the moment. Bor still snore in his tent. Jarin began to insult the girls once again. The girls sat opposite him.

"Who are you looking for?" Asked Ryia. "What's it to you?" He sneered. Ryia stood up, anger in her eyes and voice. She asked again. "Who are you looking for?" Thea watched. She knew what was going to happen and she couldn't stop it. Ryias eyes were glowing red. Thea turned to Carac. He was lying on the floor, staring at Jarin with a look filled with pure hatred. Jarin began to throw random curse words at Ryia. You could hear the fear slowly creeping into his voice. She was practically in front of him now. Thea continued to watch Carac. He never broke the glare he gave Jarin. "For the last time. Who. Are. You. Looking. For." Ryia asked, her tone now filled with anger. Jarin didn't answer. Instead he continued to insult and curse his way through the conversation. Ryia had heard enough. She turned to Carac and gave him a nod. He returned the nod and stood up. Ryia grabbed Thea and led her outside the tent.

"He's going to kill him," she whispered.

"He has control," replied Ryia coldly.

"Does he? He's so mad I don't think he can even think straight."

"He'd want to. Otherwise Jarin is about to be ripped to shreds."

Ryia walked into her tent. A scream could be heard from where Carac and Jarin were 'talking'.

"Whats happening to us..."
