The orphanage I go to, New Orleans Louisiana Orphanage, makes all of us go to school. I guess that's normal but it's also bad. I have to attend the New Orleans High School. It's a totally normal school with totally normal lessons and all that, but the kids who hang around there think that they are celebs who are really rich. They basically just act all snobby.
The worst part is, just because I don't act like that now I'm the weird one.
A girl called Missy (now one of the most popular girls) once got the nerve to call me "such a retard" and since then the while school has got it into their minds that they're better than me and they can say what they want to me.
People when they see me in the corridors say really loudly to their friends, "the school is full of weirdos!"
Just for me to hear. And I mutter to myself out of their earshot, "it sure is!"
My life is basically just a long monotonous cycle which goes like this; Be in orphanage, eat, sleep, school, bullies, walk home while bullies tease, go back to orphanage.
I'm getting tired of it! The teachers don't care about the bullying. All they care about is getting the school day over with. To be fair, that's all I care about these days too. I've tried thinking about things I'd say to the teacher to tell, but the other kids make it so subtle that there isn't really anything major to tell on.It's not fair! Maybe I should add, listen to someone say "the school is full of weirdos", to my life cycle list. Because I sure hear it a lot!
