Following Landon's 'death,' he became quite the superstar as DC was rebuilt from the ground up. As though everyone had forgotten he was a criminal, and a terrorist of sorts, he became something of a supernatural celebrity, a savior who rescued the planet from certain doom and a new tyrannical reign. He was famous, and there was nothing anyone could do about that, as much as Landon himself didn't want it.

One incident had made Landon known worldwide, worshipped as though he was a God before the people's eyes. Even if he was a murderer, a killer, even if he didn't want the fame and glory of saving the world, he got it all in full force. The news of Landon waking up had spread quickly, and before the hospital staff had even known it, news vans and other, normal people were swarming the entrance, trying to get in and meet the man who saved the planet.

He was a God. He was the man who could bring the dead back to life. He could cure any illness or injury. In the eyes of the world, specifically through the eyes of an entire religions, he was the physical form of the God they worshipped. He was something to pray to for help. He was all-powerful and all-knowing, sent from the heavens to save the people of earth.

However, Landon knew it. He couldn't bring people back to life, he couldn't cure illnesses, and he was the farthest thing from any sort of God. Landon had known that what he had pulled off was a miracle, a miracle that he was somehow able to live through. He had known that he wouldn't have been able to pull off a miracle like that again. Without dying, at least.

Furthermore, he wasn't a God, he never would be. The majority view of a God is one of a Saint who does no wrong, who does not sin. However, not only was Landon someone who had murdered many people, he had committed every other sin in the book. He had no right to be named a God, nor did he want to be called one.

Now, Landon stood atop the roof with Holland. Landon leaned against the rail and looked over the edge before turning back to Holland, waiting for what he had to say to him. While he did somewhat notice the seriousness in his expression, he wasn't sure what he wanted to talk about.

"I made you a promise, Landon, and I'm keeping it." Holland said. "Ask away, I'll answer any question you have."

"...Tell me about some of the other dimensions." Landon stared at the floor as more questions sifted through his head.

"Mars, also known as Kanos, has a small population compared to most of the other dimensions. However, they are very militant and have won many inter-dimensional wars, even with their small numbers. Then there's Mercury, known as Silon, they are a very peaceful people, and are known to take--"

"Dude, I couldn't care less about how the inhabitants act." Landon flicked his hair out of his eyes and pushed himself off of the railing. "How many dimensions are there? What do we need to do to make traveling to another dimension a reality?"

"....Twenty-four." Holland replied. "There are twenty-four dimensions, but the other fifteen are sealed away and hidden from sight. As for your second question, The Mother Dimension is still a number of years away from even having that technology."

"Why are they sealed?" Landon laughed. "Do they have dangerous monsters on them or something?"

"Yeah, you could say that." Holland chuckled as well. "What humans know as 'Heaven' would be better titled as 'Hell,' and 'Hell' would be better titled as 'Heaven'. Heaven used to be a wonderful place, until the 31st God took the throne and ignited a war between us demons and them, the angels. That led to The Holy War, and then the sealing of the fifteen dimensions. The Mother Dimension, however, was completely excluded and protected from this war."

And so, Landon heard about the nine different dimensions and what The Mother Dimension needed to get to the point of dimensional travel, along with the story of The Sundown Project and Damien's race. Damien was one of three left in his race, who had been slaughtered in the war. The other two were the people with Damien, who were sent to guard Landon. Then Holland began to speak of Lana, Landon's mother and his 'ex-wife'.
