"You sure you want to do this? You don't have to if you don't want to." Tobias asks again for the hundredth time.
"I want to do this. I know you don't lik-"
"If you're about to say I know you don't like the scar on my face don't, I think you look just fine with it. In fact, this scar shapes you." He interrupts me with a smile. I send one back and plant a peck on his lips.
"Thank you. But I really do want to do this. I've thought about it for a while, and I'm ready to do it." He nods, than leads me inside the doctors office.
~~Current time~~
I'm still getting used to the fact that I no longer have my scar anymore. I'm so used to seeing it, I can still imagine it. Everyone was shocked to see it gone at first, but they soon got used to it.
"Today we get new initiates. Here will be their leaders," Eric yells, "Scar, Four and Peter. I'm with the Dauntless born along with Christina." He continues. I roll my eyes and let out an angry sigh. I'm stuck with the new initiates. At least I have Four, but then again, Peter's with us too.
"Look, like we're partners." Peter mocks, grabbing my arm tightly. So tight, I can't break away, but I didn't need to. Four ripped his hand off of me.
"Touch her again, your neck will be snapped." Peter nods quickly, then walks away slowly.
"I was handling it." I sigh.
"Standing there is not handling it." He laughs. I just roll my eyes and smile.

The choosing ceremony was boring as usual. The names are called, they come up, drop a drop of their blood onto a faction bowl then join their new faction.
"Today we have a new change," Marcus states to the crowd, "Dauntless is getting a new Head Leader," he pauses then looks down at his clip board, "please give a hand to Ryan Marsh." My heart stopped and my blood started to boil. Why in the hell is my dad now in Dauntless. I want to leave, leave this building and catch the next train, but I know I can't. Looking behind me, Tobias sends me a lool of absolute shock, and I send back a look of anger.
Ryan steps down from the Amity section, and stands next to me.
"I'm back sweetheart, and this time, you can't get rid of me."
