I hate my life. There's nothing here for me. I can feel the mud squish under my boots as I walk through the forest. The forest, it helps clear my mind from these negative thoughts that plague it. I've been coming here a lot more lately. I can see my favorite part of the forest, but something's different there's a girl laying in the mud. It looks like she's sleeping, but im not sure. I walked up to check on her, what worried me was when I started shaking her, and she didn't wake up. She was cold as ice. I carefully picked her up just to see a shiny object fall out of her hand. It was a blade. I gathered her things and put the blade in my pocket. It was when we were half way to my house when she started to stir. I thought she was waking up but all she did was wrap her arms around my neck. Her arms were covered in cuts. some with mud in them. I know if they aren't cleaned they can get infected.

I carry her inside and take her to my room. Carefully I cleaned her cuts and got her changed into some clean clothes....she is so beautiful....who would push her so far as to do this. Pushing her hair out of her face I realized who she is.... It's Stella. The Stella that I've had a crush on since elementary, the girl who got in trouble for punching a boy named Nathan in second grade. The same girl who wore a cupcake dress and pigtails for pictures in fourth grade. I'm not a stalker or anything I've always fancied her, but I never did anything because she's my best mates friend. Seeing her now.....like this.... So defeated, broken. It hurts. A lot. I can't help but to wonder who would break this perfectly imperfect girl. Even with mud on her face she's a beautiful disaster. I have to let her sleep, but at the same time I don't want to do anything except lay with her. All these years I don't think she ever noticed me. Stella... She's always stuck with Nathan like glue. These thoughts plagued my mind while I'm getting up to cook for the angel in my bed. I wonder what her favorite food is? Her favorite music? Her favorite movie? Her opinion on that damn blue and black or white and gold dress issue from years back? Since I know nothing about her, and it's still raining I'm going to make chicken noodle soup. Well more like dumplings instead of noodles. One by one I get the ingredients out. Only stopping when hearing an ear piercing scream come from my room. Without hesitation I bolted up to the room, throwing open the door only to see Stella sitting straight up,like she just got electrocuted. Her wide eyes meeting mine in an instant, just before she threw a shoe at me.
GET OUT!!!!! Where the hell am I?
She seems confused on if she wants me to leave or wait for answers. So I wait.
I asked you a question?
       I'm Hunter....naths friend.
Who?
Nath... As in Nathaniel....
I scratched the back of my neck and I could feel myself turning red. You see as she was screaming and throwing stuff her already low V-neck went lower . She doesn't seem to care though.
Hunter?
Crap I didn't even realize she was talking to me. I hope I didn't daze for long.
HUNTER!
By now she's snapping her fingers in my face.
Yes?
        I'm hungry.
Your lucky I can cook.
           You can cook!?!
I'm slightly offended that she doubts my skills. Not all guys are completely arrogant. I just hope this dinner will go alright. I'm finally getting time with her and I don't want to mess it up......I lead the way downstairs and make sure she's following. Once in the kitchen I serve up some soup, and get out some waters. Turning around to see her already sitting at the island. Personally I think my soup is amazing. She's just picking at her soup though, making me wonder what's wrong with her. It hurts me to think That someone hurt her. Someone broke her.
