Y/n's POV:

I got home from the pouring rain and work, today was the best day ever (note to sarcasm)

Sure my boss was nice and all but my car wouldn't start and Shawn was still at work and i couldnt call him because he's working and i don't wanna distract him, and i missed the bus and it rained.

Lucky me.

I was soaking wet from the rain as i got inside the house.

Running footsteps can be heard when I first opened the door "Whoa, what happened to you?" He asked concerned looking at me "I thought you were still at work?" "I finished early." "Ok."

"We need to talk." He said "Just let me change first." I said running upstairs to change my clothes.

I'm pretty sure that i wet the whole house.

After changing I went downstairs to talk to Shawn.

He looked nervous.

"What do you want to talk about?" I asked him smiling "We're done." He bluntly said.

"What?" I replied shocked "We're done Y/n." "Why?" "Because this isn't working for you, with all the hate you get and everything it kills me to see you hurt."

"Shawn i always told you that I don't care about those." I nervously chuckled "But still Y/n, just listen to me, we're done!" He yelled.

I slapped him, he touched his cheek and looked at me.

"Don't yell at me!" I yelled back at him "You're a liar Shawn you're the biggest liar in the whole entire universe!" I yelled throwing my hands up in the air "I didn't lie to you I never lied to you!" He fired back "You're a liar! You said you would never leave me, and that we'll always be together!" I yelled again tears streaming down my face.

He went silent.

"I'm doing this for you Y/n, it's for the best I don't wanna see you hurt anymore." He said "For the best? What the fuck are you actually talking about?! This is not the best, and you don't wanna see me hurt anymore?! What does that mean? I think youre just hurting me right now!" I yelled nearly crying.

All the emotions are gone except for Anger and Hurt, angry because he lied to me, hurt because he wants to break up with me.

"Y-y/n I j-ju-" "You know what Shawn? Fine we're done don't call me don't text me, just stay away from me you liar!" I yelled "You know that this is for the best and I will always love you." "Yeah right, I-i'll come back for my t-things tomorrow." I said stuttering "What? No you're staying here and I'm leaving." "No Shawn this is your house you stay and I'll go." "I love you Y/n." "No matter how big of a douche bag you are I love you too and I hate it." I sighed wiping the tears from my eyes.

"You know I'm only doing this for the best." "Bye, Shawn."

I regret falling in love with him.

I hate that i saw his face one time and fell in love.

I hate that i love him.

I hate falling in love with a liar.
