Chapter 3- The Change

Ota POV

As I wake with the biggest hang over yet, I slung myself over the bed and get up. I go to get dressed to discover I had slept in my favourite hoodie.

I pull on my usual outfit, brush my almost ginger locks and brush my teeth. Routine, routine, routine...

"There was no over lapse..!"

Why should I trust her? I have no reason, not one damn reason.

But I loved her.

I stand and enter the penthouse lounge, where everyone is waiting. Everyone.

They all give me small smiles, "What?" I ask.

"We need to talk..." Violet says and I narrow my eyes.

"About?"

"Ota, we know you insist that nothing is wrong-"

"-then maybe you women should take a hint." I interrupt.

"-but we know there is. We saw the security camera footage, you've been getting drunk for weeks every night." Rosa says, trying to give me a gentle voice.

All it does it anger me, "You guys can't be listening to this?" I say, looking at my friends since 10 years.

"Ota. We don't care if you don't want to talk. But you aren't going to be doing much work, or being very healthy if you're sucking on a bottle of jack like a dummy." Reina states simply, and Rosa gasps with Violet.

"Reina-"

"He doesn't need anyone sugar coating it." she says and I nod.

"Yeah. You're right." I say, and rub my head with my hands. "She's just proving tough to get over."

"Then maybe she's something you need if your life." Eisuke says and strokes Violet's arm.

"She didn't want me." I state simply and try to put my smile back on, but they were having none of it.

"No woman likes to be treated like a dog." Reina growls, and I know she's a cat woman.

I miss my Krystal.

"I was prepared to give that up for her." I mumble and all the males eyes widen.

"Does she know that?" Baba asks softly and I shake my head.

"That's why then kid, she wanted something more." Mamoru says and raises an eyebrow at me.

I'd had enough. I was perfectly fine.

"I don't know why you're all so concerned, I'll be fine." I say and smile my angelic way.

"Ota-"

"I have to go meet a client, " I say scowling at Soryu before he starts too.

I head out away from the hotel and sip on some coffee I had room service make for me; Krystal always complained I could never make it. I still can't.

I could always flirt with another women, that had always been my gift. They always blushed when I spoke to them, but Krystal had given me such entertaining reactions it had kept me coming back every time.

Maybe I just needed to be with someone else? Maybe flirting and banging my way out was the answer to moving on?

Yeah...maybe.

As I walk through the streets, I enter the skyscraper the auction goer had agreed to meet in and smile at everyone who gapes at me.

"Ota Kisaki?" a gorgeous woman saying as I look her up and down.

"Yes-" "Great, Mr Robin would like you up stairs." she says with a smile and I wink at her.

She seems to falter with a blush on her cheek, but only for a second, "This way please." and takes me into the elevator.

The blush makes me want to tease her more and I smile, "Is Mr Robin fairly booked today?"

"He has 3 meeting sequent to this one-" but before she can into work mode I tuck a loose strand of hair into her ear.

She looks at me with lust and I sigh. Nothing like Krystal's reaction.

Now I was bored.

"Thank you," I say and give her my award winning smile.

A cat lady from the hotels might be the only option for me.

I check my phone: 2 texts.

Krystal (Koro): Ota, I want you to hear me out. I want to meet and communicate about what actually happened that day. I know I have been selfish! I just need some of your time. Please text me back, I know you're proud but if we could just talk? Meet me at the Neo cafe at 7:00pm tomorrow if you agree. Please.

Candy: Hey babe! Our date was fun! Lets totz do it again;) Maybe a midnight snack this time? Call me sexy thing;) xxxxx

As I head into the office, there only because he was a special friend of Eisuke's I only reply to one of them and concentrate on my next project.
