Krystal POV

Do you ever think about the movies, when the break up is so explosive what happens afterwards? I do.

Having to go back to the penthouse the next day is never something I would have wanted, and going into a bedroom that Ota had most likely had sex with another woman in was not in my wish list.

But I had to do it, because it was last step in ending Ota and I. Whether I wanted that or not was out of the equation. It was now about managing to pull through with our lives without hurting the other.

The hurt had already finished.

Right?

I check my watch and it was 8:00, as I had come just after work and some dinner. That I was praying would stay down. When I get emotional, I get sick and that was never a good mix with a boy who no longer cared.

I walk through the big glass doors and ask the hotel manager to take me through the foyer, and up to the penthouse.

I had give my elevator key in last week.

As we travel up he turns and smiles at my worried face, "Don't be worried, I'm sure all will be well."

Have you SEEN Ota when he's upset? I think to myself.

As I come through I run into Violet who, always the sweetheart of the group, gives me a hug.

Daichi was getting big now as he enters the terrible twos. "Krysieeeee..." he calls with his suit on, and knowing how much Mr Ichinomiya loved his son, it was Gucci.

I smile and give him a wave, and he gives me the kind of smile that would knock rows of women out at a time when he's older.

Cutie.

Speaking of another, Reina comes out with her little girl dressed in a denim skirt and flowery top. Soryu comes out and looks to his daughter with a puff of pride. "Didn't you want her in a princess outfit?" Violet asks and Reina chuckles.

"She will NOT have it on. 14 months and she's already decided that black is much better than pink." she says and smirks at Soryu who grins.

"She's just developed style, that's all." he says and lifts his little girl as her arms go out for him.

She then, now in her dads arms, seems confused at why she isn't with her mum. Reina moves closer and Eisuke laughs, "She was hardly going to like pink with both its parents genetics."

"That is most true, hey darling-" she says and gives me a wink, "How do you think this is going to go?"

"No idea..." I say with a exhale of air, stressed to the point that jumping out the window seems a better option than knocking on his door.

"A heads up...he seems to be getting drunk a lot." Soryu says and Reina hits his arm. "-What? She's better off knowing."

"How often?" I say nervously, wanting to bolt. I'd take upset Ota over drunk Ota any day; he was only going to more dismissive than angry, and I'd prefer the shouting to him having nothing to say.

I picked my poison and it's you, Ota Kisaki you enigma of a man. I sigh, my head ringing from nervous.

I take a deep breath ,as they head down for a movie at the big house, and turn the knob of the door. Taking a step into Ota's suite I notice the amount of bottles in the recycling area and nearly faint; it was enough to supply a group of Russian princes for months.

"Ota?" I call out. I go through the suite to see him at the bar, drinking some vodka and cranberry.

"Ota?" and he turns.

"Hey Krystal." he says and I look at him worried for his safety.

"I just...came to get my stuff, are you sure you want to be drinking so muc-"

"It's fine, go on." he grumbles and I bite my lip.

"I'll just be in the other room." I say and he nods.
