Dan stiffened in place. How was he meant to even answer that question?
"Oh, well, I thought I was here for the intern interview."
Mr Lester looked at Dan confused, wondering why he would apply for the intern job, where there was better options.
"Dan you know there are better jobs here available."
"Yes Mr Lester, I do"
"So why aren't you going for them?" Mr Lester puzzled. He wasn't sure if he wanted to believe Dans answer.
Dan didn't want these types of questions asked. He just wanted to get the job, go home and start next week or something.
"Oh well... I don't have much job experience so I don't I would be a good social manager or supervisor, I just have to start somewhere."

"Right, well I'll think about it, you may leave Dan."
Dan thanked the heavens and nodded towards Mr Lester . He swung out of his chair and swiftly walked towards the door. He was about to open it when Mr Lester's voice spoke up.
"Oh and one more thing dan."
"Hmm?" Dan questioned.
"If you do get the job, I like my coffee with only one sugar."
Dan smiled awkwardly. "Right."
And then he left the room.
