CHAPTER 5

"Good morning." Sky greeted me cautiously. I raised my hand and put it on top of his head, playfully messing his hair. He looked at me and sighed. I immediately withdraw my hand. 

"Let's go." I said as I walk to the car waiting for us. Tahimik itong nakasunod sa akin. 

"Here." Inabot nito sa akin ang itim na insolation bag nang makapasok kami sa loob ng sasakyan. 

"Para saan ito?" marahang tanong ko matapos tanggapin ang inaabot niya. Sumandal ito sa inuupuan, ipinikit ang mga mata at ipinag-krus ang mga braso sa dibdib. "You didn't had breakfast so I made you a sandwich instead." He said casually. I smiled as I hold the bag gently. 

"Thank you." I said. He nodded as a response while still closing his eyes. Nag simulang umandar ang sasakyan habang tahimik lang kaming naghihintay na makarating sa mga paroroonan namin. I just hope today won't be as bad as it was for the past few days. 

"Sky." I called him after he step out of the car. He looked at me, waiting for me to say what I wanted to say. "......take care." I said, smiling at him. He sighed as he slowly turned around, his back facing me. "You too...... Ate." He said before he closed the door. I sighed as I hold the insolation bag, tightly. 

"Astraeus Academy, Ma'am." Kuya Rommel announces. Huminto ang sasakyan sa harap mismo ng main gate ng school. I smiled at him as I slowly open the car door. 

"Thank you po, Ingat po kayo." I told him. Tumango ito pagkatapos ay isinara ko ang pinto ng sasakyan. I was waiting for him to leave, when he suddenly lowered the car's window and looked at him, confused. 

"Hindi pa po ba kayo papasok sa loob, Ma'am?" He asked. Unti unting sumalakay ang kaba sa dibdib ko pero pinigilan kong ipakita ito. Ngumiti ako rito at umiling... "May bibilhin pa po kasi ako sa back gate." I told him. Tumango ito at muling isinara ang bintana bago kaagad na pinaandar paalis ang sasakyan. I sighed in relief. Nag lakad ako palapit sa waiting shed, ilang hakbang ang layo mula sa school. 

Kaagad akong pumara nang makita ang papalapit na taxi. I told the driver about my destination and he immediately drove away from school. 

As I close the car door, I slowly walked towards the building——I do not know what to do. I scanned the three - storey building in front of me, debating whether or not, I should enter. 

"The safe zone: Cuevas mental care center" I muttered as I read the name of the establishment. 

"Pwede tumabi ka kung wala kang balak pumasok?" Halos mapatalon ako sa gulat nang marinig ang boses mula sa likuran ko. Nilingon ko ito at bumungad sa akin ang matangkad na magandang babae. She looks like she's in her mid 20's. She look sophisticated and intimidating.
