Kimiko's POV
It's been two weeks since the day my brother was killed. Each time I would sleep, the portal would stop just in case we have to go into autopilot. There were flashing lights inside of the portal. I quickly ran towards the controls to see what was going on. "Destination reached. Destination reached." There was a holographic image of some sort of planet. I pulled up pictures from the portals database to find more information about this planet. As the images cluttered the ceiling with pictures, I mouth dropped in amazement. "Wow! This is really beautiful. There are so many things that I could do on this planet, better than I could do back on Aza. There seems to be no type of war in this planet. So, how do the people live?" Just as I was about to resume my research, red lights began to flash and sirens made noises. "Warning! Warning! Asteroid belt approaching! Danger! Engage autopilot!" I ran towards the steering wheel to try and maneuver through the path, but the portal was being hit by the asteroids. My body was moving all around the portal, until I hit my head and knocked myself unconscious. Then the portal was hurdling towards this planet. The portal came down like a gigantic ball of fire. I felt my body sweating from the all the heat that surrounded me. A few moments later, I crashed landed on the planet. I woke up from the my unconsciousness and felt my head throbbing. The portal began to speak but it sound distorted, "D-destination reached. W-w-welcome t-to Earrrrrth." I got out of the portal and fell on the ground. I noticed that a boy came outside to see what had happened. He looked at me and ran towards me. Before he was able to get close to me, his body seemed to slow down and I blacked out.
