Once they arrived they were the talk of the school. The new gossip at Northvale High School. They came in with a bang and basically took over. One became captain of the lacrosse team and the other became captain of the soccer team, taking Kyle out of the spotlight. That was a part of the plan though. The plan to get revenge on Kyle Adams. Of course I hadn't planned on two newbies coming into the picture and taking away the thing he loved the most, that was just my luck and their talent.
The same words kept replaying in my head, the words I was always told by my father as I grew up, "If you want to succeed in life then you need to learn how to rule with an iron fist. Don't let people walk over you or you'll never get anywhere."
I wasn't about to let him walk all over me. I took those words to heart and they followed me everywhere. I always knew what I wanted and I didn't stop till I got it. I had to be the best at whatever I did. It was like an obsession that grew over time, you know portraying to be this perfect figure that usually only existed in books. But the truth is that I wasn't meant for this life, the life of a popular teen. I was the total opposite from that but I hid it from everyone very well. Nobody knew the real me.
The side I portray to be is somewhat like my father, even though I was just like my mother. Everyone knew not to mess with me but don't let that make you think I'm a bitch or anything. I'm actually really nice and prefer to stay away from the negativity, just don't cross me or you'll meet a side you'd never expect to see.
Anyways, I found out something that I wasn't supposed to find out, or at least something Kyle didn't want me to find out. Now I'm back for revenge with a little help from a few new friends, Ethan and Grayson. But they have a secret, and I have mine.
