Chapter 2
Chelsea's P.O.V
'Time to go girls'. Melissa takes her beachbag and swings her blonde curls over her shoulders. I follow the rest of the girls, closing the gate behind me when we leave the pool. I may be walking behind my best friends, my mind is completely somewhere else. Something happened this afternoon at the pool. And I haven't told the girls yet.
~flashback~
'I'm going to the toilet'. I stood up looking if any of the girls heard me. They didn't. They were all sleeping with their sunglasses on and their strawhats protecting their faces. I put on my flip flops and walked inside. On my left hand was the bar. It was designed in a authentic wooden style. I always loved to go here. Behind the bar stood the barkeeper. I recognized him immediately. The blonde boy!! He was one of the hot boys me and Caroline saw coming in today. He went inside, and we hadn't know why. But now it all makes sense.
He looked up, noticing me watching him. 'Hi!' He shouted to me. 'Hi!' I replied back, smiling. Looked at the word "toilets" right in front of me. An arrow pointed right. I walked to the right and turned around the corner as I suddenly bumped into someone.
I looked up to see what happened. 'Oh, Hi there!' I looked into a pretty face. A boy with beautiful brown hair and friendly blue eyes. 'Oops' I am really sorry' I said. 'Never mind, such things happen' he replied comforting. We smiled at each other. 'And to be honest, you're very good at it'. He smiled cheekily. 'Good at what?' I asked a little confused'. 'Good at bumping into people, you've talent.' His eyes stood happy and smiled'. I knew he was kidding me.
'Is that you're kind of humor?' I looked up at his eyes. 'Yes' why?" He asked me.
'Very good, I like that'. I answered. We looked at each other for a brief second, and then we bursted out in laughter at the same moment.
After a few seconds of laughter he pointed his hand towards me. I took it. 'I'm Louis'. He said. 'I'm Chelsea'. 'I like you Chelsea'. He said. 'Or should I call you Bumpea?' I laughed. 'No, you better not'. He smiled back at me.
'Well Chelsea, would you like a drink?' He pointed at the boy behind the bar. 'My friend over there makes the best drinks in this area'. He grinned. At that moment I realized that he must be one of the boys opposite us. 'Yes sure'.
We walked towards the bar and we ordered drinks. We talked for more than half an hour and I started to really, really like him. His amazing flowy hair. His happy blue eyes and his beautiful high voice. Beautiful Louis. We talked about lots of things. He is a big fan of The Fray and he has 4 younger sisters! He doesn't live with them right now because he and the other 4 boys moved to our village, Porthaven, to go to High School together. They met last year at a festival and became best friends. It was Harry's idea (one of the other boys) to go to High School together in an other place. Just starting over and being together, having fun.
I didn't ask why they wanted to "start over". But living with your friends seemed to me as a good reason to move in together. I've learned that he loves wearing striped shirts, he never wears socks and when he's older he wants to own a restaurant. Since primary school, he's always been the clown and he gets suspended all the time.
I told him a lot about myself too. About my life at primary school, and about how I met the other 4 girls at High School. About the pets I owned, my favorite movies, and so many more things. It felt really good. And I could see he liked me talking. And I loved to listen to him as-well. I think I have to admit I am falling in love....
After a long conversation somebody knocked on the window behind us. We turned around. A dark haired boy with a big quiff and sparkly brown eyes made it clear he wanted Louis to come outside. I looked at Louis. He seemed disturbed and in doubt. 'Eh wait a second, I'll be back before you know'. He bended forward and pressed his lips softly against mine. He smiled and stood up. Walking outside to his friend. I sat as frozen for a little while. He.just.kissed.me. I felt my lips tingle. He must really like me. It was an amazing feeling.
