I started to feel butterflies in my stomach as I stepped out onto the floor. I spotted Lizzie on the floor helping to teach another class. When she saw me she said something to the main instructor and walked over to me. "Hi! Ready to warm up?" "Yeah!" I said more confidently than I really was. As we stretched she told me that if I messed up on a skill, I would just try again a few times until I got it right. I felt much better about trying for the team! When we finished warming up Lizzie told me that we would start with the basics and slowly work up to the highest skill I could do. "If you need a spot on the first time, don't be afraid to ask." she told me. I felt much more confident and she said the first skill for me to do...Signed,
