"Ok, so today we will be doing three of our routines, then working on double back hip circles. I know that you can already do them, but our back hip circle in our routine will turn into a double back hip circle." Said Miss Rachael. "Um, excuse me," I said. "I don't know the routine." "Oh! Right! Sorry. So, it's glide out, pullover, back hip circle, and just as you come up from your back hip circle, swing under and out. It will make more sense when you see everyone else do it." Explained Miss Rachael. "Ok!" I said.

All of my group went including Meg and it was now my turn. "Ok, Lia. We will got slowly and go part by part. First start off with the glide and pullover." I did it with perfect form and smiled as I came onto the bar. "Not bad! Now try the back hip circle swing out." Said Miss Rachael. I did it with a bit of a funny landing, but it was ok because it was my first time doing it.

I ran back in line. "That was pretty good!" Said Meg. "Thanks!" I said.

We did two more (I did a few more then that) and some double back hip circles. "Alright, it's time to go to beam with Miss Lauren! See you at CS!" Said Miss Rachael. "Umm, what's CS?" I asked Meg. "Oh! CS stands for Cool Down Stretch." She replied "Ohhhh, that makes sense!" I said as we walked to the beams.
