This story is about the meaning of H.I. It discusses what H.I means, and what qualifications it needs. There are also a few tricks to identify H.I. I hope all fellow horsey people enjoy!
There are SO many ways to identify H.I. Here are a couple.
1- point to a random horse, or get an image of one. Make sure it is not black. Say, "look how pretty that Friesian is!" If they agree instead of correcting you, you have your answer

2-get a D-ring snaffle and say, " This bit has SO much leverage." Once again if they agree, they are possibly H.I

NOTE- just because you do these tests, does not mean that person is H.I. They could just be new to horses. So if they say something like, "I don't know what a Friesian is", that does not mean they are H.I. If they LIE and agree with something they actually don't know, they might be high.
