There are many ways someone can become H.I. One is about information. If someone doesn't know lots, but makes things up. That is classified as H.I. Also, if someone always disses you when you ask their favorite breed/color/discipline. But, if someone is new to horses, and is taking the time to learn more about these wonderful animals, that is NOT H.I.
