Renegade clenched his teeth together.
Slade was going to go down.
But he just had to wait.
Patience.
Funny how Slade would be his own downfall.
Renegade smirked.
He ached to get Slade away from him, but first he had to learn.
Learn all he could, and then when he was ready, he could destroy Slade!

Alfred was at Wayne Manor cleaning the kitchen, waiting for Batman to return.
Alfred had faith that whoever this Renegade character was, the Justice League would defeat them.
He suddenly heard a scraping sound.
Alfred was the only one at the Manor at the moment.
So, what-or who- made that scraping sound?
"Hello, Alfred." a man in black and red said.
Alfred had wide eyes, staring at someone who looked like the Renegade character on the News.
"Renegade?" Alfred wasn't sure.
"Yes." Renegade smirked twistedly.
"Why are you here?" Alfred asked, grabbing a gun that was in the cupboard by him.
Before he could cock it though, Renegade threw a dagger into his hand holding the weapon.
"AH!" Alfred screamed in pain.
"I'm here for you...Alfie." Renegade smiled.
Alfred stopped, his hand around the handle of the dagger.
"Richard?" Alfred couldn't believe it.
There was NO WAY this twisted man was his sweet, sweet Richard.
"Don't fight, or this will hurt more." Richard said, pulling out a sword.

"Renegade, where were you?" Slade asked as he came back to Slade's hideout for the moment.
"Doing some business." Richard said.
He was covered in blood.
"Richard, you...what happened?" Slade demanded.
"Told you; business. I had someone I needed to cut ties with." Richard replied.
Slade's eyes narrowed into slits.
"I'm not telling you. We're partners, not master and apprentice." Richard said.
"Fine. However, you're cleaning up before you have dinner." Slade said.
"Alright." Richard said.
Wintergreen walked into the room with a bowl of something that he was mixing.
He immediately stopped and dropped the bowl when he saw Richard.
The bowl fell to the floor and shattered.
"Richard! What happened?" Will asked.
"Nothing you need to worry about Wintergreen." Richard said.
He left to go get cleaned up.
"Slade, did he...?" Wintergreen didn't finish his sentence.
"Maybe. I'm not sure. He won't talk about it." Slade said.
Wintergreen just looked at Slade with wide eyes.
"I have to say though, I didn't expect him to murder someone already. I was betting a year until he did. IF he stayed a villain that long." Slade said.
"But he's not freaking out or anything." Wintergreen pointed out.
"No. I'd say he didn't kill anyone, but with that amount of blood, whoever he was in a fight with couldn't have lived." Slade said.
"We'll wait and watch him." Slade said to Wintergreen, patting him on the back.
