When Alfred came to, he was still in the cage.

"I have to stop waking up like this." Alfred groaned as he tried to get off the cot.

Jason gave a laugh.

"Who knew the old man had a sense of humor?" Jason grinned.

Alfred glared at Jason as he sat up on the cot.

"Lay back down. We're going to be here for a while." Jason said.

Alfred looked at his left shoulder where Renegade shot him.

It was bandaged.

"Who did this?" Alfred asked.

"Renegade. After about ten minutes of letting you bleed." Tim said bitterly.

"So, still think it's Richard?" Jason asked.

"Yes. But why? Why is he doing this?" Alfred asked.

"No one knows. Think he finally snapped. 'Bout time too. I'm surprised he didn't snap sooner." Jason said.

"What do you mean?" Hal Jordan asked.

"He works so hard. Picked up a lot of bad habits from Bruce; You know, everything seems to come back to bite Bruce in the ass." Jason said.

"Jason! Language!" Alfred scolded.

"Sorry. Bruce ist ein abwertend." Jason smirked. (Bruce is an idiot.)

Alfred glared at Jason.

"Pennyworth, although Todd's choice of words are questionable, he is right. Father should have been able to spot Grayson's down-falling mental health." Damian said.

"Why do you say that?" Vixen asked.

"I spotted it from across the room. I've only been around him for three years now. Father has been around him for thirteen years." Damian said, being logical.

Flash nodded, "Seems reasonable."

"When did he start exhibiting these symptoms?" John Stewart asked.

"They started becoming stronger a month ago. Grayson always had a...darker side, but it never showed like this." Damian answered.

"Do you think he's being controlled?" Supergirl asked.

"Or maybe he has nano-probes in him?" asked Wildcat.

"Mind control?" Vixen asked.

"Well, we can't do anything sitting in these cages!" Jason yelled, kicking the bars.

"I guess we know our next move then." Stargirl said, smirking a bit.

"Yes! Let's destroy things!" Jason smiled like mad.

"I was thinking along the lines of; we're escaping. Not the lines of; let's blow things up." Stargirl said.

"A rescue mission doesn't count if something doesn't blow up." Jason smirked.

"And how exactly do you plan to do that, Todd, when we have nothing with us in here?" Damian asked, ever the realist.

Jason just smiled evilly.
