The next day

Today i woke up in my hotel bed. We didnt stay on the bus tonight since we had a quick interview for el gordo y la flaca. They were in New York as well so management had us go on the show to promote the tour. I got up and changed. I wore a nude color dress with my hair down (picture above). Once i got off the car all the paparazzi were there already. I got off the car first and while i waited for all the girls the questions began

Son novios tu y joel?

Cuentanos de las fotos camila

Son ciertos los rumores?

Quien tomo la foto?

The whole time i just covered my face and walked straight pass them. All i did was give them a small smile.

Once we were inside they gave us an overview on what would happen.

Producer: ok bueno les van a hacer peeguntas sobre la gira. Lauren y Camila tendran que responder porque son las unicas que hablan español. Esta bien?

Lauren: si claro

Producer: ok bueno empezamos en 5 minutos

Once we were on air we waved to the camera and smiled.

Interviewer: hola chicas bueno como les va en la gira con cnco

Lauren: nos va muy bien gracias a dios. Estamos muy emocionadas para ir a las otras ciudades!

Interviewer: y cuales son las otras ciudades?

Camila: bueno sigue chicago, texas, y los angeles!

Interviewer: muy bien y cuentanos hay algunos secretos por ahi en la gira

Lauren: haha no no hay secretos

Interviewer: bueno por ahi vimos fotos de camila con un integrante de CNCO? Son pareja?

I wasnt prepared to be asked this. I didnt know what to say. If i say yes the fans will hate me. And if i say no im going to be an obvious liar.

Camila: no no somos pareja. No se como salio esa foto. No es verdadera.

Interviewer: muy bien. Bueno gracias chicas!

We waved goodbye. Lauren leaned in to my ear and said "nice save"

Thing is it wasn't a nice save.

I got to the hotel room to see joel angry. And i didnt know exactly why. He walked up to me and grabbed my by the arm guiding me to the bed.

Camila: this is escalating quickly.
I said as a joke. He didnt laugh. We sat on the bed and joel was starring at me raiding his eyebrows.

Joel: "you know why im mad right?" He said almost yelling.

Camila: " umm no ?"

Joel: "why didnt you just say we were a couple? Are you ashamed? Do you not want people to know we are dating? Is this relationship not serious to you?"

I stayed quiet

" tell me" he said.

I broke down crying

" im sorry ok! I didnt know this would end that way. I was nervous and didnt know what to say. If i said yes both of us would have gotten so much hate!"

" i dont care about the hate .... I care about us. Something you dont care about!" He said walking towards the door. I ran after him holding him by the shoulder turning him around having his back on the door.

" i do. I do care. If i didnt i wouldnt have lied. I lied so that both of us could have our privacy. I lied so that no one could hate on either of us." I said shedding a tear. " i love you joel, and i dont care if you don't believe me cause i know what i feel and you should now we both feel the same"

He looked down. I lifted his chin to have his eyes look mine.

" ok?" I said

"Ok" he said leaning in for a kiss.

" i love you joel"

" i love you too camila"
