Later that day joel got home. I was still mad at what i had found out. Im not bothered that they dated. Im bothered that no one had the guts to tell me they did. And the card has no date. So i have no clue if they dated before or after our break up. Maybe even during our relationship.
He walked in the door and put his wallet and keys on the kitchen island. I was sitting on th couch looking at the view. He walks towards me and hug me from behind. I push him away.
" what was that babe" he said trying to kiss me. I let him kiss me i just dont kiss back.
" whats wrong?" He says as he cups my cheeks.
" nothing" i say getting up and walking towards the room.
He follows behind me . I grab a blanket and lay on the bed.
" are you feeling ok?" He asks. Im guessing he thought i was on my period.
" go away i dont want to talk to you"
" ok but you need to get ready for the party later"
" what party? " i ask sitting up.
" yoandri's , he is having a little La Banda get together"
I immediately start to get ready. I knew Lauren would go and i could confront her for what had happened.
Later that day

We got to the party and the first person i spot is Lauren. They were all sitting on the couch. I go around in a circle to say hi to everyone. Except her. Everyone immediately notices.
" so are you just not gonna say hi to Lauren?" He asks thinking i was joking around.
"no" i say checking my phone
" ummm ok" she says. Meanwhile everyone else is just looking around trying to avoid the awkward moment.
Eventually Lauren walks up to me.
" hey!" She says excited. Everyone thought i was joking or playing around with me not saying hi to her. Little did they know why i didn't say hi. They were soon to find out.
"Hi" i say rolling my eyes
" whats up with you"
" i dont know you tell me." I say raising an eyebrow and taking a sip of my drink.
" ummm i- i dont know" she says scratching her head.
" ohh you know you just never told me." I felt my blood rush everywhere. I knew i wasnt going to be able to keep calm. It was going to get ugly.
" Camila just get to the point!" She says yelling and annoyed.
" Joel!" I yell with an attitude. It suddenly became silent.
" what?" He says as i take a deep breath.
" i know both of yours little secret. Dont think i wasnt going to find out cause guess what i did!" I say making crazy arm movements and yelling.
Everyone began to get close for two reasons. 1) to get all the details on what was happening 2) cause it was obvious something bad was to happen.
" what are you talking about?" Joel says looking at Lauren and back at me.
" I KNOW . DONT TRY AND HIDE IT. YOU GUYS ARENT SLICK OK. IF YOU GUYS DIDNT WANT ME TO FIND OUT YOU SHOULD HAVE THROWN AWAY ALL THE LETTERS!" I say yelling
" uh oh" Lauren says
" LAUREN YOUR MY BEST FRIEND HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME. AND JOEL OR SHOULD I SAY HOEL I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU NEVER STOPED THINKING OF ME. IF THAT WAS TRUE YOU WOULDN'T DATE MY BEST FRIEND. IM DONE WITH BOTH OF YOU ."
" babe babe please" he says pulling on my arm.
" you can sleep on the couch tonight but by tomorrow i want you out of the apartment" i say with a tear on my face. I just couldn't believe it had to come to this again.
Joel's pov
What just happened? Did we just- break up again? And for the most stupidest reason ever. I should have seen it coming. I need something to get her back but i don't know what. What could i do?
