"How is a vampire suppose to give birth!" Stefan panicked as Damon called Bonnie and Caroline." Baby you have to wait till Bonnie and Caroline get here." Damon held your hand. Seconds later Caroline and Bonnie came running in.

"You're so lucky we were passing by." Caroline ran over to you." Hurry Bonnie do something!" Stefan panicked.
"I can't, it's killing her from the inside." She starred at your stomach and Damon's head shot up. You screamed in pain and he grabbed your head.

"How is the baby gonna come out?" Caroline asked as she pulled up your shirt." She just will keep being killed until it.."
You let out a high pitch scream and everything went black.

You laid there having a hard time opening your eyes." Here drink this." You heard Stefan's voice say as there was a warm coppery liquid in your mouth. You finished all of it and turned to your side but winced in pain. You looked up at Stefan and he smiled." We had to do some "surgery" to get them out." He put quotation marks around surgery." Your stomach just needs lots of blood to heal properly." He explained to you as you held your now flat stomach." Wait hold up! Did you say to get them out?" You stopped him and he smirked."Go get washed up and come down stairs."

You washed off all the blood on you in the shower. You then stole one of Damon's shirts and got your yoga pants. Speaking of Damon, you were still mad at him. You walked downstairs to see a bunch of the gang there." Everyone step back so Y/N can see her own children." You heard Elijah's voice and smiled at him. He was such a good friend when Stefan couldn't be there. You turned to see your blue eyed Damon with a baby in each arm." Oh my goodness!" You gasped and walked up to him." Remember when you were turned and cried for hours straight all because you wouldn't be able to have a baby. Look at what you created." He smiled at you and you could see the tears in his eyes." We did it not just me. But it would have been nice to have you there during the nine months I was pregnant." You raised your eyebrow and smirked when you you heard Stefan snort behind you." Baby I just needed time, I was worried that you would be happy cause I was gone. We fought so much I just needed a brake." Sighing you nodded your head in agreement and kissed him." What should we name them?" He asked and you thought." What about Eli short for Elijah and Carol short for Caroline." You grinned and he kissed you." I love it!"
