Zodiac Sign Island Story

Act 1 Scene 1- Electing a leader

*The signs sit in a circle around a fire on the beach of the Island*   
Capricorn: We may be stuck on this island for quite a while everyone! So we need a leader! We need to have a vote to decide who will be the leader of the island.
Scorpio: Cappy... You do realise this isn't lord of the flies, right?
Capricorn: Yes... but its common sense. We need a leader to keep order on this island.
Scorpio: This will only cause arguments as to who is the leader.
Aires: I would like to put myself forward. I would make a great leader. I am strong, kind, considerate... and an exceptional speaker.
Sagittarius: In that case, I would also like to put myself forward! I am all of those things too! If not better!
Capricorn: Fine. I am also going to put myself forward for leader as I think I would also be very good. I am the most considerate person here... and the most trustworthy! And the greatest person! We will have a vote!
*Capricorn stands up*
Capricorn: If you would like to vote for me, raise your hand!
*Nobody except Aquarius and Cancer raise their hand*
*Capricorn looks extremely annoyed*
Capricorn: What?! What is wrong with me?! Vote for me everyone! Not stupid Aires or Saggy over there! *Capricorn tries hard not to scream*
Aquarius: I voted for you.
*Capricorn sits back down looking even more annoyed*
Sagittarius: Looks like you're a sore loser Cappy! If you vote me, raise your hand!
*4 of the signs raise their hand*
Aires: Ok... and if you vote ME, raise your hand!
*5 signs raise their hand*
Aries: Yes!!! GET IN!!!! IN YOUR FACE SAGITTARIUS!!!!!
*Sagittarius stands up, embarrassed and annoyed*
Sagittarius: ONLY BY ONE VOTE! AND NOW SUDDENLY YOU THINK YOU'RE THE BEST?!
Aires: Ok Sag... calm down yeah? You're more chill than this...
Capricorn: I CANNOT BELIEVE I LOST TO YOU AIRES! YOU?! *laughs hysterically* I'm the one who had the idea of having a leader?!!?!? And surely I am better! *stares at the ground trying not to cry then runs off*
Virgo: Sore loser! *laughing at Capricorn who is seen running down the beach shouting*
Gemini: Woah!!! Capricorn has already gone mad and it's the first day on the island.
Scorpio: What did I say... having a leader is a bad idea... I knew this would happen!
Aquarius: Why did nobody else apart from me and Cancer vote for Cappy?
Taurus: Face it... Cap could get a bit carried away with this leader thing... Before you know it we would be chanting around the fire and hunting pigs.
Aries: And because I am a good leader, right everyone?
Pisces: Yeah, I guess so... I guess Cap kinda deserved that as well... They can be annoying sometimes...
*Leo sits still staring at the sand*
Leo: I just hope we make it off this island.
Libra: Same... I really hope so.
Cancer: Yeah... I think I'm already starting to miss my family *Trying not to cry*
