I inch closer to the mirror as I apply a light dab of lip gloss. In the side of the mirror, I catch a glimpse of Blake racing into the bathroom. His arms circle around my waist and I'm lifted into the air and swirled around.

"What are you doing? I'm going to be late if you don't let me finish my makeup." I giggle.

Blake puts me down and I swirl around to face him. His green eyes glow with excitement which causes me to smile.

"Because, my beautiful fiancée, the packaged just arrived and I thought you'd want to know." He smirks.

As I lean in to kiss him, Blake cups my cheek and brings our lips together. I want to melt into his arms and return to the comfort of my bed, but I've got places to be and people to lure into being my bridesmaids.

"Thank you so much." I peck his lips, then race out of the bedroom. I stop partway down the hallway when I realise I don't know where it is.

"Dining table," he shouts.

"You're the best." Echoes down the hall.

I grab a pair of scissors from the kitchen and make my way over to the table. I slice through the tap and grabs the goods out of the box.

The blush pink dressing robes are beautiful and soft. On the center of the back, the word 'bridesmaid' is stitched.

"There are two robes with 'mother of the bride' because there wasn't an option for 'mother-in-law of the bride.' I hope you don't mind." Blake stands beside me and drapes his arm around my waist.

"No, it's perfectly fine." I smile.

"And." Blake rummages through the box and holds up a small robe with 'flower girl' stitched on it. "I thought it would be adorable for photos to have the four of you wearing these."

"Thank you, Blake! Saying thank you doesn't seem like enough for this. It's a thoughtful gift and." I brush a tear away from my cheek.

Blake embraces me in a hug and chuckles at the situation.

"I can think of a few ways you could say thank you." I can imagine him winking.

"Let me guess, it involves a bed of some kind?"

We break away from the hug and he appears thoughtful from the way he gazes into the distance.

"Be less stressed because everything will be perfect and even if it isn't, that doesn't matter."

"I make no promises but I will endeavour. Speaking of less stress, we have to decide where we're going away for our honeymoon. I've looked at a few locations down south. We could stay out in the wilderness and get murdered for a good price."

"Don't worry about that, I can plan the honeymoon." He smiles. "And yes, I know some good places. We could stop by honeymoon pools on the way through to wherever I decide we go."
