we walked into the flat, and i was shocked by how cute and comfy it looked.

"luke, the last ones here." the tan boy shouted and i heard heavy footsteps coming down the spiral stairs.
i looked over and saw a tall, pale blonde boy with a lip ring and my eyes widened a little, is this luke?
he looked up and his eyes widened in surprise when he saw me.
"hi, are you orion?" he asked, in a deep voice laced with an australian accent.
"yeah, it's nice to meet you." i smiled, sitting across from the two boys at the kitchen island.
he smiled a little and played with his lip ring, his foot tapping the floor nervously as he looked over a piece of paper, which i'm assuming had questions on it.
"okay, so we're just gonna ask you some questions, okay?" luke asked, and i nodded in return.
"how old are you?" he asked, his blue eyes glancing up at me.
"i just turned eighteen." i said, sitting up a little more.
he nodded and smiled a little,"okay, and you have a job?"
"i work at the record store you hung the flyer at." i explained, running a hand through my dyed hair.
he smiled wider,"really? that's sick. okay, uhm do you have a problem with my band coming over?" he asked.
"not as long as you don't suck." i teased, smirking a little. this made the tan boy laugh.
"i like her." the dark haired boy said, making luke nod a little.
"you honestly seem like the only normal person i've interviewed, so when can you move in?" luke asked, a small smile residing on his face still.
"i can be here tomorrow." i said, a huge wave of relief washing over me.
"okay, welcome to apartment 23c then orion." luke exclaimed, opening a beer that he grabbed from the fridge.
