Katie's POV
I decided to make things right with Josh he was in our room playing the guitar "hey" I said "hey" he said "I got you a coffee from Costa for you on the way home" I said "thanks" he said I put it on the table by him "what would you like for dinner" I said "don't mind"he said " Josh why you being like this "I said " because you didn't even speak to me where the wedding going and you already picked where you wanted "he said " but I just thought.... "I said " you just thought what you can pick wherever you want to get married and I be fine with it well you wrong because it not just your wedding Katie it mine too"he shouted at me I then started crying "I know that and I know that we have different ideas" I said "that the thing Katie we both so different what we going to do" he said "I know exactly what to do" I said and started taking my engagement ring off "Katie what you doing" he said "if we can't agree on the wedding maybe there shouldn't be a wedding" I said "please Katie don't do this" he said "I'm sorry josh" I said and put the ring in his hand and kissed his cheek I left and closed the door behind me I broke down in tears so I went downstairs and I went out my door and went to the place I felt better I knocked on the door and it opened "Katie what you doing here" lily said "can I stay the night" I said crying "of course sweetie" she said and she let me in "where Brendan" I said "his gone to the shop" she said as soon as she said that Brendan came through the door "hey Katie" he said and he saw that I was crying "what's wrong" he asked "me and Josh had a fight so I called off the engagement" I said "oh Katie I'm so sorry" lily said and hugged me "should I go and check on Josh" Brendan said I nodded and Brendan left the door to check on Josh "how about some ice cream" lily said I nodded and we sat on the sofa talking and eating ice cream.
Josh's POV
I just sat there staring at the ring I can't believe that just happened I shouldn't of shouted at her like that no wonder why she called of the wedding all of the sudden there was a knock on the door I went downstairs and opened the door to see Bren "hey bro what's up"I said "I heard what happened"he said "yeah it was my fault I'm the one who shouted at her"I said "mate couples have fight all the time" Brendan said "but me and Katie never fight like this before"I said "do you want to see Katie now "Brendan asked "no let her cool off for a bit looked really upset"I said "maybe as Katie staying at mine and Lily place tonight maybe I can stay here"he said "that would be great  I could use the company" I said Brendan went to tell lily and cam  back we just chatted there for a bit and then decided to go to bed.
*the Next morning*

I woke up and looked around me I was in lily's apartment and all the memories from last night came back to me. I decided to talk with josh. I tiptoed to the door so I wouldn't wake up lily I opened the door and shut it quietly and then I saw my door open and saw the one person I want to see. Josh. "hey" I said "hey" josh said then it went quiet well this couldn't get anymore awkward "look Katie I am so sorry about last night I had no right to shout at you like that" he said "no you did have the right to shout at me like that I should never make a decision about the wedding without talking to you first"I said "so now we are sorted I got a question I need to ask"he said "what's that?"I asked. He got on one knee and said "would you marry me" he said "if course I will" I said  and  we shared a sweet kiss then all of the sudden there was clapping and whistling I turned around and all my friends were there "you were listening the whole time" I said they all nodded grinning "we just happy you too are back together and we all got into a group hug.
