CHAPTER 7

~ELLA'S POV~

I woke up the next morning coughing. I can't go to school, I am too sick, I thought. I took my phone and messaged Drew,Zachary, Anna, and Daisy. I told them I couldn't go to school.

If you're wondering how me and Zach are friends, well Daisy, Cooper, and Zach have been friends since kindergarten. Cooper is Zachary's 1 year younger brother. They met me in 1st, and we all became friends since them. We went to 5th and we were sadly in different classes. Daisy and I then met Anna, and Zach met Drew. Now we are all in 9th and Cooper is in the 8th.

Why do you have Drew's number you ask? Well, we exchanged our numbers at the tuition classes. We did this just in case someone would be in a case that I am now, so the other person knew.

Suddenly my phone vibrated and I had 5 new messages.

Anna: Hope you get well soon xxxxx

Daisy: U have it good! No SCHOOL FOR U!!!Hope u get well soon XD

Cooper: Bro told me you were sick! :O hope u get well soon sistaaaahh

Cooper: and wish me luck on the math test -.-

Then I replied: THANKS AND GOOD LUCK, BROTHAAAAA!

Zachary: Get well soon, sis ;)

Drew: Oh really?..well..okay..hope you get well soon.

Then I replied to all Thanks. Why does Drew act so awkward? I stood up and walked to the bathroom and brushed my teeth.

Mom had went to work and dad had went somewhere, I didn't know.

I decided to clean the house since the living room was a big mess. It was littered with beer bottles. As I finished, I went to the kitchen and made soup for myself. I ate and then went to lay back on my bed, exhausted from the work I had just completed.

~DREW'S POV ~

I drove home in my new car. Today it was so boring without Ella. I missed her so much, it felt like I couldn't have fun without her. I could have flirted with some girls who were staring at me, but I was in love with Ella, and they didn't even faze me.

Why her?

"Because you loooooooooovvvveee her" my mind answered.

Shut up! I dont need this right now!  

I thought as I had a mental argument with myself.

I arrived at my house and went to my door. Suddenly, my phone rang. "Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore started to play.

Who's ringtone was that? I looked at the name written across my screen and it read Zachary. What the fuck? When was that his ringtone?

I rolled my eyes realizing he must have changed it when I went in another room.

I finally answered my phone.

"Hey Drew! I wanted to-" but I cut him off

"NEVER GO THIGH MY PHONE WITH OUT MY PERMISSION AGAIN!" I screamed at him.

"Woah. Okay, okay. I just wanted to ask you something."

"Yeah?" I asked annoyed.

"Do you wanna go with Cooper, Anna, Josh, Daisy, and me to Ella's? You know, because she's sick. I think you should come since she helped you a lot with your grades." He said.

I thought for a while. He was right, I should visit her. She had helped me with my grades, if it wasn't for her, I would have failed.

"Alright." I answered.

"THAT'S GREAT! But first we need gummy bears. And Pringles("Hot&Spicy"), and popcorn and all kinds of snacks! We're going to watch a movie! A scary one!" he said all in one breath. Then he laughed as a joke like an evil person.

"DAMNIT! Don't yell Zach! I don't understand. Why girls think you're sweet? You scream most of the time!" I yelled at him.

"Well, I eat gummy bears, all boys who eat gummy bears are sweet." Zachary said, laughing.

I chuckled. "Alright, now hurry up and get here!" I said, then hung up. Then I shoved my phone in the pocket of my jeans, sat at the bottom step, and waited for Zach to arrive.
