CHAPTER 14
~Drew's POV~
Me and my friends were sitting at our usual lunch table. Ella and me are talking, but she is acting like nothing has ever happened. I stabbed my salad with my fork and looked at Ella. She was talking to Josh and kept smiling. I groaned and grabbed my fork tighter.
Prove that I have changed, huh?
She wasn't any better.
"Drew?" Zachary asked getting my attention.
"Huh?"
"You seemed lost. Is something wrong?" He asked. I silently shook my head. Everyone looked at me. I stood up looking at my friends.
"I'll leave. I'm not hungry anymore." I said and left the cafeteria. I walked to the room, we had next our subject. I've waited awhile until the school bell rang and I went inside sitting on one seat closing my eyes and resting my head on the desk. This is going to be a very long day...
~After school~
I was laying on my bed thinking where my father could've been. I didn't see him since days, but it was better like this. I took my phone out, went on instagram and looked at some pictures, my contacts had posted. One caught me off guard. There was a picture where Ella and Josh were smiling at the camera holding some Starbucks cups and they intertwined their fingers. I've thought I could trust Josh, but damn, I was wrong. It always have to happen to me. Suddenly I felt a tear streaming down my cheek. No no no, I can't cry now. I'm Drew.
But I felt more and more tears and ended up groaning. I couldn't trust anyone and I don't need anyone. Suddenly my phone vibrated. I've got a message of Brad.
Brad: Party at 9pm at Chloe's house. Wanna join us?
I've thought for awhile. I needed distraction with another girl. But I've proved Ella, I would change..
Ahh who cares? She betrayed me anyway.
Me: Of course, bro. Is it today?
Brad: Yep
Me: Okay, I'll come, dude! Can't wait to have a hot make out.
Brad: Wait..didn't you have something with Ella?
Me: Ella? Who's Ella?
Brad: I don't know what's wrong with you but ok..see you later.
5 hours left. I had enough time to get ready. Today I'll make sure to forget her and save my reputation.
Very short chapter. Ik I'm sry xc but I'm trying not to finish this story too quickly xx
