Emma's pov

I was still holding my breath.
Please be okay, Killian.... The kids need you, I need you, I can't live without you... This cant be the end of the story, we still have to grow old together, see our kids grow up.. We still need to do so many things.... Please be okay.

The man remained silent.

"Is he okay? Is he alive?" I asked.

He looked up at me, but immediately looked back at Killians wrist.

"He will be fine, but he needs a hospital, he needs doctor."

It took me a while to process this. Killian will be okay. He is still alive.

After a while I nodded.

"Are you a doctor?" I asked the man, who was still looking at Killians wrist.

" My father was doctor, I know things" he said.

He never took his eyes of killians wrist.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"It's broken. His hand is broken, crushed" he said, while he acted as if his hand was being crushed to show me what he ment.

"Needs amputation. He will no longer have the left hand." He said.

These words shocked me. That would make life a lot harder.

I took a deep breath.

"as long as he is okay"
The man gave me a soft smile.

That was when we reached land.

I got out of the boat and Killian was taken away to a hospital. Gave him a quick kiss, and after a few seconds he was gone.

I needed to find Maria and Henry.

Maria had passed out. Were they in a hospital aswell? Have they even gotten on a boat? What if they were still there?

My thoughts were interrupted by someone hugging me from behind.

I turned around and saw my son.

"Henry!" I yelled, as I hugged him back.

"Where is your sister?" I asked worried.

"She is in the hospital.. She is in a coma. She almost died." He looked down for a second.

"Maybe she did. I dont know, I went to find you." my eyes grew wide as I hugged my son again.

"Where is dad?" He asked, not pulling away from the hug.

" He is in the hospital aswell, injured, unconcious." I pulled away. Henry looked shocked.

"Is he okay?"

I nodded.

"He will be fine, but there is something that I need to tell you."

He looked at me.

"He lost his hand, his left hand. He might need more help with normal things from now on, and you know him, he will try to be strong and do things on his own, even when he isn't."
Henry nodded.

"I'll help him.." He said, looking at his toes.

I hugged my son once more, and after that we went to the hospital to see the rest of our family.
