Tremaine

I got up early this morning. Today's Shae's birthday and the girls wanted me to make sure everything was good to go for tonight.

I took my shower and got dressed. I went to the kitchen and made me a turkey sandwich before leaving out.

My first stop was going by the bakery to pick up the cake, then I'm gonna go pick her up so I can take her shopping.

I got to the bakery to pick up the cake, and they didn't even have the cake ready.

"I'm sorry Sir, but the cake isn't ready yet." The man apologized but that doesn't make up for the cake not being ready.

"Thanks for the apology but the cake is no longer needed." I picked up my keys and left.

I called my mama to see if she could bake a cake.

"Hey baby." She picked the phone.

"Hey mama. I need a favor."

"What is it?"

"It's my girlfriend birth-" she cut me off.

"Girlfriend? You got a girlfriend now?"

"Yeah mama. Me and Shae finally got together."

I could hear her smiling through the phone.

"Awe that's good baby. So now what's the favor?"

"It's her birthday and we ordered a cake for her, but the bakery didn't have it ready in time. If I buy the ingredients, can you bake one for her?" I silently prayed hoping she said yes.

"Sure baby. I'll see you in a few. And can I come to the party?"

"Yeah, you and Bria can come."

"Okay."

She hung up. I texted Ashley and told her to go ahead and get Shae up, I then headed to Walmart to get the stuff for the cake and take it to my moms house.

Shae

"Happy Birthday Bitch!" I opened my eyes cause Ashley screamed in my ears.

"Thanks boo. But did you have to scream in my ear?" I got out the bed and walked into my bathroom.

"Sorry boo. But get ready. Tre coming to get you in an hour." She walked out my room leaving me to get ready.

I got in the shower and did my hygiene and everything else. I got dressed. I put on my light blue jeans a white tank of and my brown flats. My pants wouldn't button up so I used a hair tie. I tied my orange plaid button up shirt around my waist.

After I finished getting dressed, I used my wand curler to curl my hair, then I did my makeup.

I grabbed my phone and my purse, and walked into the kitchen. "Happy Birthday Shae!!" I smiled and wobbled over to Ky'Anna to give her a hug.

"Thanks boo." She handed me a purse.

"This is for you." It was a black MK cross body bag.
