"Chapel" 1994, No One's POV:

"First of all I would like welcome our new prospects Jax and Opie." Clay said. The room cheered. "Alright settle down." Clay said while lightly banging his gavel, the cheering died down. "In an hour we are meeting our buyers. Before we arrive our prospects will canvas the area for cops, no one will question 2 new faces." Clay said. When the meeting ended Jax and Opie left for the meeting place, which was half an hour away from Charming. Forty five minutes later Jax and Opie pulled up to an abandoned house that was out in the middle of no where. "Wait were we suppose to go to Nelson or Norton?" Opie asked. "Shit, I can't remember. I didn't see any cops, let's see if our buyers are inside." Jax said. "You go around back, I'll check the front of the house." Jax said. Opie nodded his head then he went around back. Jax got his gun out, just in case. Jax slowly turned the door knob, the door was unlocked.

Jax lowered his gun then he entered the house. The living room was completely empty there was no furniture and the carpet had been ripped up. Jax went towards the bed room where he smelled something weird coming from the closet. Jax walked to the closet and slowly opened the door. When Jax had the closet door half way open two very heavy garbage bags fell out. When Jax opened the garbage bags he found 2 dead bodies, a man and a woman. "Holy shit." Jax said. "Jax! I found something." Opie yelled from outside. "I got 2 dead bodies, what did you find?" Jax asked as he made he way outside. In the back yard Jax saw Opie standing beside a blue car with the windows busted.

"Well some one was here, let's find out who it was." Jax said. Jax and Opie starting looking through the car. "Nothing back here." Opie said. "There's nothing up here either, I think the car was cleaned out. You check the trunk and I'll see if I can find anything in the glove compartment." Jax said. Opie walked towards the trunk while Jax looked in the glove compartment. "Jax!" Opie said in a worried tone. "Jax! You need to see this." Opie said impatiently. Jax walked to the trunk. "What is it?" Jax asked as he looked in the trunk. "Jesus Christ." Jax said shocked by what they had just found. "What do we do? We can't leave it here." Opie asked. "We should call Clay, there is a payphone 5 miles down the road. You go and I'll stay here." Jax said. "Okay I'll be back." Opie said then he left to find a pay phone. Jax looked down in the trunk again at the infant who looked about 3 months old. The child started crying so Jax picked her up out of her pink car seat and rocked her back and forth until she calmed down.

An hour later Gemma, Clay and Tig were all at the abandoned house. Gemma was holding the baby, Clay had just got back from the payphone. "It was a drug deal gone bad. No one knows anything about the kid." Clay said. "What do we do with her?" Opie asked. "We drop her off at a fire station a town over, that way no questions are asked." Clay said. The infant started crying again Gemma went to soothe her when Jax asked if he could. Gemma handed the baby to Jax, Jax soothed the baby to sleep. "I know what your thinking and your not ready to take on that responsibly." Gemma said to Jax. "I know Ma." Jax said disappointed but he knew that his mother was right. "Clay can I talk to you for a minute?" Gemma asked. "Yeah." Clay said. Gemma and Clay went inside the abandoned house to talk, five minutes later they came out of the house.

Gemma walked over to Jax who was still holding the baby girl. "I talked to Clay we both agreed your too young to raise a kid." Gemma said. Jax nodded his head in agreement. "Clay and I also decided to raise the kid but just until your mature enough to take care of her then she can live with you." Gemma said. "Thanks Ma." Jax said as gave his mother a side hug. "So what should her name be?" Gemma asked. "Grace." Jax said without hesitation. "What should her middle name be?" Jax asked. Gemma paused for a minute to think. "Lennon, after John Lennon he was always my favorite one in the band." Gemma said. "I guess we have her name then Grace Lennon." Jax said. "Grace Lennon." Gemma repeated. "That doesn't sound right, how about Lennon Grace?" Gemma asked. "I like it." Jax smiled. "I'll go tell Clay." Gemma said. Jax looked down at the little girl in his arms. "I promise to never let you experience this kind of pain, again. I will protect you, always" Jax said. Over the years Gemma and Clay became attached to Lennon, they accepted her their child. As Clay and Gemma grew into their 50's they didn't have the energy to raise a teenager so when Lennon was 12 she moved in with Jax.
