Chapter 13

Author's Note: This chapter is like the Season Finale of the story. So please comment and let me know if you want me to continue the story. Volume 2 of the story would focus more on Lennon growing up and learning more about the club. I have read some comments that suggest that Jax should let Lennon join the club, that is not something that I want to happen in this story.

7 P.M. The same day, 3rd Person POV:

At 6:30 there was a knock on the door. Jax opened the door to see Opie. "I've decided to take you up on your offer." Opie said. "I'm glad you changed your mind. You got a bag?" Jax asked. "Yeah, in my truck." Opie said then got his duffle bag out of his truck, Jax showed him to the guest room. "Thanks man, I won't be here too long." Opie said as he set his bag down on the floor. "You can stay as long as you like. Hey do you wanna a beer?" Jax asked. "Yeah." Opie said then they went to the kitchen. Jax got two beers out of the fridge, he handed one to Opie then they sat down at the table. "So how's Lennon?" Opie asked. "She's good, she's about to finish her freshman year and soccer team won the state championships." Jax said. "God I remember when she was just a kid." Opie said. "Yeah." Jax said. "Speaking of Lennon, is she cool with me crashing here?" Opie asked. "Yeah she will be, I'll go tell her right now." Jax said then he got up and went to Lennon's room. Jax knocked on the door then he entered her room, she was reading a book. "Hey Opie is going to crash with us for a little while, you okay with that?" Jax asked. "Yeah." Lennon said then Jax went back into the kitchen. "She's cool with it." Jax said then he ordered Pizza.

At 7 people starting showing up, Gemma was the first to show up, she was carrying a small bag in one hand and a card in the other. "Here a little something to help you out." Gemma said as she handed Jax the card. Jax opened the card there was money inside. "Thanks Ma." Jax said as he gave Gemma a hug. "I got a little something for Lennon as well, is she in her room?" Gemma asked. "Yeah tell her the party is starting." Jax said, after 30 minutes everyone had shown up. Everyone was in the living room having fun when the front door came crashing down. A bunch of DEA agents charged in the house with guns. "Everybody on the ground!" They yelled as they pointed there guns and starting throwing people to the ground. "Get on the ground." Gemma quickly whispered to Lennon. Lennon quickly layed down on the ground with her hands behind her back. The DEA agents pulled Clay and Tig up then they put hand cuffs on them.

Agent Stahl walked in the house and up to Clay and Tig. "Clay Morrow and Alexander Trager you're under arrest for the illegal trafficking of fire arms." Agent Stahl then the other DEA agents took them to the patty wagon as they continued to read them there rights. "Dad!" I said, I was about to get up when the agent beside me spoke. "Stay down kid." The agent said. A few minutes later all the DEA agents left and everybody stood up. "Church 5 minutes." Jax said then all of the men except for Jax left. Jax walked up to Lennon and Gemma "You two okay?" Jax asked. "Yeah." Ma said, I nodded my head yes. "I have to go Ma, can she stay with you tonight?" Jax asked. "Of course." Gemma said. "Wait Jax I have questions about why Dad and Tig were arrested." Lennon said. "We will talk about this when I get back, I promise. I have to go right now." Jax said. "Ma can you also call the prospect and tell him to come fix the door tonight?" Jax asked. "Yeah." Gemma said then they all left. In the morning Lennon and Gemma brought the guys doughnuts at the club house. "Any news?" Gemma asked Jax. "Yeah Rosin says he can get their sentence down to 6 months with good behavior, since the evidence is limited but they will have to serve some time." Jax told Gemma as he gave her a hug.
