(The date outfit)

"I still can't believe you picked your outfit for the date without me" Claire said while looking at me
"It's not my fault"
"It kinda is" Aj say walking into my room
"Why are you here" I asked
"I haven't seen my baby in some hours" Aj said flopping down on the bed "Nice outfit"
"Thanks"
"Where y'all going" Claire asked
"I don't know but I bet that idiot laying on that bed know" I say staring at Aj
"I got nothing to do with it" Aj say
"Lies but it's ok karma is a bitch" I say finishing my hair
"Why are y'all having a date at 5 in the afternoon" Aj asked
"Nigga shutup" I say making Aj laugh
"Well I think your night and shining armor is outside" Claire say laughing
"Fuck both of y'all" I say grabbing my phone walking out the room I opened the door just as Josh got out the car.I walked to the car and he just leaned against the side of the car.
"Nice shoes" He said
"Thanks" I say
"Let's get going" He say opening the car door I got in and he closed the door once I was in he limp to other side
"Josh do you think you should be walking around with your leg messed up"
"I've been shot in worse places" He say starting the car and backing it out the driveway
"How many places" I asked
"I been shot in my chest,back,arm,stomach nothing major and even after I was shot I was still on the move I can't sit still even if my life depended on it"

"I guess but I wanna know where we are going"
"On a date duh" He say
"I know that I mean like the place we are going" I say
"I decided something not to cheesy so I thought a picnic would do" Josh say turning into the woods "I mean it will be fun and you will still have time to babysit"
"Babysit who?"
"Claire" He say laughing
"We are we having this picnic"
"Just wait and see...it's a nice place that only I know about"
"Alright" I say we continue driving for about 10 minutes until he stop "Are we there"
"Almost" He say cutting the engine to the car off
"I'm confused I mean you just stopped the car" I say
"My car isn't going to fit so we are gonna have to walk the rest of the way"
"Oh ok" I say getting out the car
Josh grabbed my hand and led me through the different size trees until we reached a small cliff.Josh quickly jumped down and looked up at me.
"Come on"
"Is all this necessary" I asked
"Trust me its gonna be worth it" He say reaching for me "If your scared I'll catch you"
