(A/N Alex on the top)

Alex pulled me into her chest as I cried hysterically, a scream slipping from my lips with each breathe I took. "Sh, Kayla. Don't look. This is not the last memory you should have of her. Think of how happy she always was. Think of her laugh."

I stopped screaming but my tears were still frequent. The sound of the door shutting and locking made my head snap up. There he was. The murderer himself. He disgusted me. "What are you?" I spat rudely.

"Um, I'm a boy in a band. We're called Five Se-" He rambled.

"No, dumb ass." I laughed bitterly. "What the fuck are you? You aren't a human because a human wouldn't have the ability to do something as sick as you."

"Don't you already know what I am?" He responded after pausing for a moment.

I shook my head, "Not completely, no." I looked over at Alex for help.

"He's a vampire you idiot." She rolled her eyes and looked back at Calum as he stared at me for my answer.

"Wait...You're a vampire?" I asked, tilting my head to the side.

He laughed lowly and shook his head. "I thought you said you didn't know?"

I looked at my lap and shook my head. "I just wasn't sure..." A tear slowly fell down my cheek as I looked towards the body once more. "C-Can you please move her b-body?"

He nodded and in a gust of wind Calum was standing in front of me and the body was gone, along with the blood that was puddled around me. The redness of blood dripping from Calum's plump lips caught the attention of my bloodshot eyes. It wasn't long until I noticed the red glow coming from his eyes.

"Oh darling," He cooed as he stepped closer to me. "don't you hate the pressure of blood constantly pumping through those veins and arteries of yours... must really drive you crazy.." In one swift movement he lifted me up my the neck and pinned me against the blood and dirt covered wall. "I could stop all of that." He inched his lips closer to my neck, giving it a soft kiss before I felt the graze of his sharp teeth.

"Stop! Stop! Get away from her!" Alex yelled as she pounded on his back with her fists since I was in too much shock to speak nor fight.

"P-Please don't do this.." I spoke shakily as he grazed my neck once more. I could feel his lips turn upward and the vibrations from his chuckle.

"Angel, I'm doing you a favor," he whispered. He returned to the spot on my neck before slowly putting pressure on my neck with his teeth. I let out a piercing scream in both fear and pain as he began to break through skin.

"Calum Thomas fucking Hood!" Ashton yelled, pulling him off of me, causing me to fall to the ground due to my knees being weak. Calum glared at Ashton with his red eyes as Ashton did back but with gold eyes instead of red. "How dare you?! You said we couldn't have her but I catch you slurping her up like a slushy! If we can't have her, you can't!" Ashton scolded, earning nods from both Michael and Luke.

I quietly whimpered and held Alex close to me. Calum looked over at me and I noticed his eyes turn back to the deep brown they usually were. "K-Kayla?" He knelt down next to me and placed his hand on my shoulder, causing me to flinch. "Kayla.. I'm sorry for whatever it is that I did. I didn't mean it." He frowned and tilted my head up to look him in the eyes. "Please forgive me."

I let out a shaky breathe as he wiped away a stray tear on my cheek. "N-No."

He sadly nodded and backed away from me. "Okay... I understand."

Alex chuckled," Ya. Sure he is. He sounds just like your dad."

I frown at her and another tear falls down my stained face. "He does." I admitted sadly.

"Kayla?" Calum asked me with a confused look on his face. "Who are you talking to?"

"Alex." I said motioning to the black haired girl who sat next to me.

Calum's confused look only grew. "And she talks back?"

I nodded back, now sending him a weird look. "Of course she does. Why wouldn't she?"

He shrugged and left the room. Me and Alex being the only ones in here now. "What was that about?" I asked her. "Why was he asking me about you?"

She shrugged and laughed lightly. "He's a boy, Kay. Don't listen to him. He knows nothing." I only nodded and sleep slowly took over me.
