"Tomorrow's the big day!" Harry exclaimed to Edward.

Perfect timing to be walking past Edward's room.

I'm currently exploring this massive house. I started with the upstairs hall about 20 minutes ago. When I say this house is massive, I mean it's MASSIVE!

I didn't even know where the boy's rooms were...except Edward. I found out that Harry's room is opposite mine, Marcel's is next to his, the bathroom (which I already knew) is next to my room. There's the towel and sheet closet next to Marcel's and across is a wall decorated with baby photos.

After the study, which is the room after the photo wall, is Dad's and Anne's room, across that is the music room, which I took a massive interest in. There was a Grand Piano, a few acoustic and electric guitars, a few brass instruments...also a triangle. At the end of this hall, it veers off to the right, but Edward's room is in the corner.

I walked down the veering off hall which had not doors just a few paintings hung up, and I came to two big double window doors. Woah.

I opened the doors and walked out onto the balcony. The view is amazing.

You can see the local beach that is vacated with teenagers right now, but you can see where the water meets the sky. Perfect place to watch the sun set and/or rise.

There's a seat, so I sit down and looked out at the view. Note to self: if I want a spot to think...this is it.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" a voice snaps me out of my day dream.

I don't say anything, just look at the door, and notice that it's Edward. Great.

"How long have you been out here?" He asks, sitting next to me.

I don't answer, using all my energy to focus only on the view.

"How's your arm today?" He asks, trying his hardest to get me to talk to him.

And again, I don't reply.

"Are you really giving me the silent treatment?" He laughs.

Obviously I'm not going to reply.

"Fine then," He says, most likely thinking of a plan. "Well I've finished packing, since I leave tomorrow. I think I might pack my car soon, and stop by the chemist to pick out some condoms. You know, living alone, all the girls would be wanting some of this."

"Oh my god, shut up!" I say, looking at him in disbelief. "Can't you see I just want to enjoy the silence and the view!"

"I knew I could get you to talk," He says, looking rather proud. He looks to the view, making a nice quietness. "I'm going to miss this spot..."He mutters, more to himself.

"Edward! Baylee!" We hear someone calling out to us.

There goes the silence I had once again.

"Where are you guys?" Anne calls out again.

"We're outside mum!" Edward yells back, groaning after.

"Oh, there you are!" Anne exclaims walking out to the balcony to join us. "Enjoying the spot Baylee?"

"It's beautiful," I tell her.

"This is actually the main reason that I bought this house. It is just the perfect spot to think and I can tell you from experience. It's peaceful, just what everyone needs." She says, looking out, with a nice pleasant smile resting on her face.

"What did you want mum?" Edward asks, getting annoyed.

"Oh," Anne says, looking at us like she forgot we were here. "Dinner's ready. Come on."

"What are we eating?" I ask getting up and Edward following suit.

"Roast lamb, sweet potatoes, steamed vegetables and garlic bread," She said smiling. "Well come on then!"

And with that she left, with me following, Edward staying behind. Not that I care or anything.

I looked out of my room's window, seeing that the boys have finished packing Edward's, Harry's AND Marcel's cars. A lot of shit. I decide I should go down, seeing as how he is moving today.

As soon as I get down, Harry attacks me in a tight hug.

"Baylee, oh Baylee. I'm going to miss you, my darling," He says, jokingly.

"My dear, sweet Harold. How will I ever live without you?" I say, in a joking matter, wiping a fake tear, as we seperate.

"Don't call me Harold," Harry says, turning around, and stalking back to his car.

Oops?

I walk over to the boys, hoping that Edward doesn't start up a conversation with me.

"Coming down to say goodbye to me?" Edward says as soon as I get to him and Marcel.

I scoff in reply. Why would he think that? Oh. Wait. I did come down to say bye. "I guess, in a way," I say shrugging my good shoulder.

"I'll come to visit, and you can come over whenever you want to," he said smiling down at me.

Uhmm...thanks? I smile a small smile at him, not showing too much emotion.

Am I upset that he is moving out? But why? Maybe because he is always there whenever dad hurt me. I'm scared. What if something terrible happens? And Edwards not there? What do I do?

"Don't be upset!" He laughs, hopefullt joking. "We will still see each other! You live with my brothers and my mum! I have to come back!"

"I can't get rid of you, can I?" I say, laughing at him.

"Nope," He says in reply, winking at me.

"Come on Edward!" Harry shouts.

"I do have better things to do with my life!" Marcel states, obviously about Georgina.

"Okay! I'll be there in a minute!" Edward shouts back. "Be brave," what is he on about? "Remember, I care about you, and you have to trust me."

I nod in reply, still not sure as to what the hidden meaning is.

"Come here," He says pulling me into a hug being careful of my right arm. I hug him back with one arm.

"Have a safe...life?" I say when we pull out of the embrace.

"Will do!" He says winking, once again and walking to his car.

I wave whilst they leave. I guess I have the whole house to myself.

Dad had to go into work. And Anne went shopping with her sister.

I need to stop calling him dad. He's lost that title. Dylan it shall be.

Times like this I need my mum to talk to. See how she dealt with it. She was always so cheerful around me. She thought I didn't know, but I was smart during that hard period.

That day she died, I died. But I guess God needed another angel, and who else more perfect than a real angel.

I turn to go inside, and decide to make lunch and watch TV. Settling in the living room, I chose to watch a Brady Bunch re-run.

Beep beep!

Ohh! A text message. I don't get many of those.

Care, trust. Remember xx

-Edward.

Always those words. I don't reply. What is there to reply to that.

While I was locking my phone, I noticed the date. 14th of August. Woah. My birthday is next week. Time has flown

Maybe I should start talking to Edward again. My silent treatment has lasted long enough. Plus, I know he is hiding things from me, and I need to snoop. First thing, ask about his 'friends' from subway.
