Dipper shut the door of his blue, rusted old van in back of him as he stepped foot on the gravelled dirt road, greeted by the somewhat clean and breezy air. His mode of transportation was definitely not anything new. The run down thing was the cheapest thing he could afford as most of his money was spent on camera and recording related equipment for his mystery mysteries and hunts, still needing to save up most of it for University. He stood in front of his destination, the mystery shack he hadn't visited in three years, been awhile. No one was there, not for the first couple of days anyway. Everybody was out on vacation or had plans for the beginning of summer. Dipper didn't really mind being by himself for a few days though. He opened the creaking trunk in the back of his van to reveal his three suit cases he had packed, two for clothing and a giant one for his hunting equipment. He hoped he would at least find a few things worth finding especially with all the luggage he had packed for the occasion. He decided he would bring his stuff in later. He closed the trunk but jumped and hit his head as he felt a presence approached behind him. He let out a small groan as he placed his hand on his surprisingly not bleeding head and turned around, hoping whoever it was would apologize. He turned around, no one there, and shut the trunk. Confused, he placed his hand by his side and looked around. Guess it's was really no one. His thoughts were quickly mistaken though, as a so called familiar voice spoke up from behind him.
"Long time no see, eh Pines?" Was that the voice of Cipher? It seemed highly impossible. Dippers entire body went tense and he didn't dare turn around to see who it was.
" It's pretty rude to not look at someone while they're speaking you know. I take it that you're not very happy to see me am I right... Pinetree?" The nickname given was clearly enhanced and made Dipper's spine tingle which made him turn around without a second thought.
