Dipper laid on the couch and stared at the wood ceiling. He was wrong, with no body here it was boring. He still thought of Bill, what did he want, he must have thought of something? This made Dipper a little anxious he felt like he needed to know. He needed to see Bill now. He thought of Bills human form and within a second sat up and grabbed one of his journals and began to jot things down, what he saw, what was similar to his demon form; the top hat, black bow, one eye, unnecessary cane and his entire colour scheme to be exact. He held it in front of him at arms length and scanned it over. He couldn't wait to tell... Ford? Should he tell Ford? Was it a good idea for him to know? Would this lead to chaos? Dipper slouched and gave a good stare at his words, closed the book and sat it down. "Probably shouldn't." Dipper told himself not to happy about the two decisions and both of their outcomes. He needed his mind off of these things and decided to go for a walk in the woods just to see what was out there, where to look and where to search tomorrow. He was a good distance in the woods till he herd what sounded like a twig snap. He looked down towards his feet, no twig. Dipper turned his head in back of him, nothing but before he could shrug it off he turned back around and slipped on a few wet leafs. "Oh you're back." He grunted and looked up facing the once triangle shaped demon that had startled him, yet for a second time.
"Of course I am, glad you remembered me!" Bill said happily right before pointing his left thumb at himself. "Looks like you've fallen Pines."
"Very funny Cipher, it's pretty obvious."  Dipper said with a hint of  annoyance in his voice as he got up and dusted his pants.
"New style of clothes I see~"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, you did use to wear the same thing everyday don't get me wrong." Cipher stated leaning on his cane crossed-legged as he watched Dipper, grinning like he didn't give the slightest care in the world.
"Why, why are you even here? Just to annoy me?" Dipper questioned impatiently.
Bill looked towards the ground as he bit his lip and looked back up. " I guess you could say that, I'm pretty much powerless against this earth, it's gonna take a lot to get me back from where I started from." His gaze started to turn horridly fierce. " Oh, when I get those uncles of yours..."
Dipper paused. You could defiantly see the fear in his eyes. "So, so that's what you want!" Why didn't he think of this before. He felt a shock go up his spine. "Stay away from them!"
"And?"
Dipper paused, what did he mean "and?"
"What do I get if I stay away from them?" A smile crawled a crossed his face.
"You can't do anything to them, you don't have you're, you're powerless!" Dipper's tone quickened.
"Oh do I? I said I was pretty much powerless against this earth but never said I lost all my powers. Let's just say the ones I'm left with aren't  as strong as they use to be but even without them I have no problem getting the job done. Now what do you say?"
Dipper was stunned, he didn't want his two gruncles or worse, his sister and everyone he knew getting hurt. With out much of a choice he held out his hand.  He looked sad but angry as he looked towards the ground then at Bill. You've got me this time Cipher, now what do you want?"
Bill let out a silent "you," still with that unpleasant smirk now glued on his face.
