Chapter 10

Stephanie's POV:
'What?' I ask.
'I did try to stop you. I went to the airport but, by the time I got to your gate, it was too late. I watched your plane take off.' He says. I feel a tear slide down my face as he says this.
'I'm so sorry.' I say, trying not to break down crying. West walks over to me and pulls me in a hug. I rest my head on his shoulder.
'I never stopped loving you.' He says.
'I never stopped loving you.' I say. He leans in and kisses me for what feels like forever.

James' POV:
I've decided to throw a Christmas party at my house and invite everyone from the studio. This may be the only chance I get to speak to Riley - that is if she comes. I miss her so much. I text everyone and tell them to come to my house at 7. I hope she shows up...

Riley's POV:
I check the time and see that it's 6:45pm. I should be getting ready for James' party but I don't know if I want to go. Seeing him yesterday was so hard. Just when I thought I was finally over him.
'Ri, shouldn't you be getting ready for the party? You are going aren't you?' Emily asks me.
'I don't know.' I say.
'Look, Ri, I know it's horrible having to face him, but you can't avoid him forever.' I know my sister is right. I should go. I put on my favourite dress and do my makeup perfectly. I walk downstairs to see Emily and Hunter making out on the couch as usual. I clear my throat, making them separate and follow them to the the car.

James' POV:
Everyone's at my house except Emily, Hunter and Riley. I see a car pull up and run to the door, hoping to see Riley. I see Emily and Hunter get out the car and my heart drops. They walk in and I'm about to close the door when I see someone else get out of the car. As they come closer, I realise who it is.
'Riley! You came!' I say, unable to contain my excitement.
'Yeah.' She says quietly, before walking past me and joining the others. She's avoiding me but she can't do it for much longer. I'm going to get her back.
