^^^The spot where Leah was crying^^^

Find out when we read the story on why Leah cried...

====================

Mark

I woke up earlier than usual just to pick Leah for school. I chose this decision all by my own. I'm planning to surprise her on a date. And by that, pick her up from her house to go to the school together, invite her on a date with me but I'm not gonna say that "will you go on a date with me?", I will just going to say that "can we meet up at 5:30pm and come with me somewhere?". And drag her to a very nice place that is very romantic. Sounds cliché but I like that idea. I hope she will like it too.

Time to do my morning routine.

----------

After I showered, I picked up some of my eye-catching clothes that mom bought me last Christmas. I never really thought that I will wear them. I never really wore them since they were bought actually, but now I feel like I need it. For someone special.

Leah

I woke up later than usual to forget about the competition. It's hard to forget about it. Mark and Harold just published it about three weeks ago and there's no sign of them going for a move. I'm scared and a little bit excited of what might happen. What are they planning to do?

----------

I just finished my morning routine and went downstairs ready for school, but I have to eat breakfast first. I greeted my mom, my dad, and Alvin as I arrived to the dining room. We talked about a few things, just normal family talk like how's school, did my grades got lower, and all the things a family talks. But until someone brought something up.

"Leah?" Dad questioned. What's the matter now?

"Hm?" I responded, also questioning. Mom and dad are having a telepathic conversation it seems. They both raised brows, mom glaring, dad grinning. Whilst me? I am confused right now. What the heck are they talking about?

"We-uh...Leah?" Mom started.

"What?" I drawled annoyingly.

"D-Do y-you ha—" mom stuttered but dad cut her off.

"Honey, let me take care of this." Dad said. Mom frowned and I am still confused but now, I can feel the tension between us. Alvin just ate his food to his heart's delight. "Leah? Answer me." Dad said adding up the tension. Oh gosh, is it about my grades? I did well, right? Is it because I'm cutting classes, which I don't do? Are they going to disown me? Am I just adopted? I'm mentally hyperventilating right now. Good gosh.

-Pause-

"Is Mark Joshua Alejandro Calven your boyfriend?" He said nonchalantly. What?! Like really, what?!

"What?!" I said shocked. "H-How did you get the false news?! Where?! When?!" I said breathless, without hesitating.

"We-uh noticed that y-you and him are going to the school together." Mom explained but in a stutter manner. Is that it?!

"Is that it?!" I said my thoughts aloud.

"Y-Yes" mom published trying confidently. Really?! Ugh!

"Okay. We're not." I disagreed. "Plus, I should have told you by now that we're official but we are not. Do you hear me mom? Dad? No! We're not official! Okay?"

"Okay..." Mom trailed off frowning.

"I think-uh Mark's here, to get me." I said hastily. "Bye mom! Bye Alvin! Bye dad!" I said goodbyes as I walk to the door and outside our lawn. Thank goodness he's here!
